Hi Michelle, my advice is do not drink coffee while on your period and don't eat spicy food, try to eat light food and black tea, it helps your period cramps
Also anything lemon related will cause cramps to be way more painful
Any cold foods and drinks as well. Always drink warm/hot tea or water.

Maybe just ditch the caffeine all together! Black tea has caffeine too but if you need caffeine to survive.. black tea has less.
whom won't be jealous? like that apartment - that size and modern in NYC? Probably needs like a few hundred of thousands a year of salary to afford that. how much would that cost? $6K or so? and she can have access to it easily by having 2m of subscribers.

I got diagnosed with PCOS and have really bad cramps too. I found your channel because of the PCOS and hormonal acne videos. My hormonal acne has mostly gone away but I still have irregular periods thanks to hormonal imbalance ugh I know the struggle

Ohhhh apartment hunting is so so fun to watch. That last place with the beautiful natural lighting was GORGEOUS. Loved that is had some warmth to it too, unlike the first super industrial, cold looking one.
For your girly time of the month I always drink tea and use a warm heated blanket it helps me alot and I shower ❤

It kind of odd that the first time i watched ur video i felt instantly connected with you, there’s so many part of your life made me felt the same, today i just found out u also dealing with pcos as i’ve been dealing with for two years. u made me feel not alone. it’s hard and takes patience to deal with the physical issue and mental issues that pcos bought to us, and i know under the same sky theres many other girls getting through this and i hope all of y’all know that we can be in this together.

🍃Advice for pcos: balance your hormones with a clean diet/drinks. For me no dairy, no sugar and no gluton. Eat clean proteins, salads, kombucha and fermented foods and add zinc, magnesium and iron to your diet. Reduce the toxcins that you add on your skin. Increase gentle self love...
