Bypass/Remove Screenshot Restriction in Apps on Android [No Root]

- Need to take screenshots on Android but the app doesn't allow? You may have tried everything from Google Assistant taking screenshots to third-party apps, but nothing works!
For the sake of security, some apps disable the screenshot feature, so you can't take screenshots on those apps. But still, if you need to take a screenshot in a restricted app, you have to disable the FLAG_SECURE flag for the app. This doesn't require root access. This video shows complete steps on how to take screenshots on Android when the app doesn't allow it.

I just use another cell phone and take a photo of my screen. The nerve of these companies to restrict MY usage of MY phone of MY data, how ever the h3ll I decide to use it. Stop coddling people. The other solution is to remove the app and find an app that doesn't do that, and let them know in the ratings
To be fair this function also has it's benefits, prevention normal user to screenshot or record private message /pictures, and protects banking apps to be seen by malicious software so there's some merits to it
@@dascaluioan1296 OK, and I have a house full of tv's, each one can display screenshots and videos that copyrighted; yet I could use my phone's camera to record anything I see or hear there?
The solution for banking screen shots, is prompting the owner of the phone to verify the approval of the screensheet with their unlock pin/face/fingerprint/etc (anything that a hacking software wouldn't have or be able to answer as it can't interact with UI popups). Nothing aggravates me like paying a lot of money for an S24 Ultra with 1TB and being restricted of using the hardware that I paid good money for.

I first want to say thank you making this video. Second, I'd like to say this actually works somewhat and I'm on a S24U on the latest update. Third, I want to back track to the somewhat. So it works, but take it with a salt of grain. It will work for some apps, but not others. I wanted to work on slack, bur sadly I guess slack security detects it and the app force closes each time. Another app it didn't work was Netflix. Same thing, detects it and closes after a few seconds. The one 3rd app I wanted it to work on actually worked! It was the chase banking app. I will give this video a like as it partially worked. Thank you brother.
Thanks. This does work. But the app I wanna use requires the Google login. After patch I can't log in. Any work around it? I was hoping microG would take over. Like with vance.

Maaan this was very nice and I followed every step and it worked, so thank you. However it turned out useless because the app doesn't allow login; not just doesn't allow but it doesn't even log in in the first place. Maybe because you can't login with a patched version? That's sad really.

This process worked great with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. The apps I had that didn't allow a screenshot now do allow it. Thanks! I did notice, though, that the apps I did this process to will no longer update. I guess I'll have to uninstall those apps and reinstall them again in order to get further updates for those apps - unless there is a workaround for that too. Other than that, this video works just as it says.

I have done everything and once i then click on the patched app it pops up then crashes. i have tried with about 7 different apps and still its not working. Any other alternative?
