Eric,
This is a really great question to ask. I don't like making negative comments. But I have never heard such an important and simple question being answered in such a sales-pitched biased and really unhelpful way. It's like they didn't understand your question and answered a totally different question.
I would have been impressed if I had heard how their approach; truly understands our clients needs and strategy, adapts the product to meet their needs, focusses on identifying and delivering genuine client business benefit, highlights and minimise client risk, provides clear pathways to achieving our clients goals.
I was really hoping for so much more from this simple but critical question from these technology representatives.
As its almost Christmas all I can say ... Bah! humbug!
