I am Chinese and I went to Yerevan in 2018.That's an precious experience for me cos people there are so friendly.They even can say"NiHao"(Hello in Chinese)to us.Yeah but I don't like the meat there hah.Hope I have chance to go Armenia again.For the Sevan lake,for the kindness of people in this country.
Xièxiè 😄 Yerevan was a highlight for us - we didn't expect such a beautiful city. We liked the food in Yerevan and mixed it up between eating out and buying food and salads from the supermarket to eat at the hostel. We met friendly people in Armenia, especially the guy Lee hitched a lift with back from Tatev, who plied him with alcohol and invited us both to have dinner with his family 😁
Were you at a cable car when they said nihao to you? I remember going to Armenia summer 2018 and I saw I believe 2 chinese tourists and me and my cousins said nihao to them.

Hi, there was no waiting time for the cable car when I was there. Straight on. 3 hours should be enough time to look around whilst you are there. It's well worth it. 👍

My goodness, what do you do if the cable car decides to stop between two of those towers?
Good question. Start praying maybe! 😂 They have an operator onboard so i'm assuming they have a recovery system in place. It seemed very modern and well built so I wasn't too concerned.
