Doctor neenga soldra flouride level is 1.5 ppm and more that's why we are getting flourosis and the flouride content in tooth paste is 1ppm only which protects our teeth from infections..I am right doctor 😊

Fluoride in paste helps to remineralization the tooth.. and prevents cavity
But anything too much is bad.
Even breathing too much of oxygen is too bad.. therefore, too much of fluoride in water is not good.. but a bit of fluoride in paste is need!
And however i think fluorosis is only cosmetic conser thing.. people with fluorosis may more resistant to cavity!
