if your investing experience is less than 10 years start with 5-6 portfolio. don't bet big on any single company, learn the process first.. initially diversification is not that bad, it really worked for me in initial years. remember that protection of capital is a must
market crashes are an opportune time to protect capital in the sense that one can gain years of growth from the bottom of a crash in a matter of months. this last crash provided over a decade of growth in majority of stock. Always be ready to jump at these opportunities.

After my portfolio performance smashed over $180k returns from the last quarter, I have learned why analysts will talk, stocks will rise and fall but the market will always remain a cash den for people who know where to look.

DJ Envy is right!! I looked at a 2021 Acura TLX Type S! It usually sells for 53,000. This one was close to 80,000! I looked at!!! First time I seen car as an investment since Covid

$1200 dollars for a car payment?!!! I mean a realistic example please but I get it. Car is still a depreciating asset because every time you drive it whether its you or somebody else it depreciates. You can make money off it to get out your loans faster or make money off it but if you not making more than 12% off the car every year then its going to depreciate. A brand new car depreciates 60% after 5 years. So a $20K car is only going be worth 8,000 5 years from now.
When it comes to these type of interviews Envy really shines. You can definitely tell he's a businessman. Love these brothers.
