When the Warrior came out it was basically the Weapons master compared to the other classes (less so than now as you point out). It was why I chose it for my first class (but it is no longer my main) when the game came out. The ability to use a rifle, and swords, and axes, and hammers, etc etc. was very cool at the time.
Played guild wars 2 around launch back in the day, had great fun with warrior, fell off for about a decade now. Going to return with what I know best and be a seemingly neverending source of rage as a warrior once more! Can't wait to play again! Great vids man.
Thanks for the review, all of this is good to know, started about two weeks ago with GW2 and i got about 60 hours on warrior bladesworn, didnt know what the other specs did but this one looked cool.
Twin axe berserker warrior is beyond fun, rifle as a swap weapons nice for some good range if needed, they’re pretty basic as far as profession abilities go but they’re simple and strong, I like that
Great video. Just downloaded GW2 to give it a go for the first time. Rolling warrior too I think after this video. Not sure what I’m doing in the game but I’ll figure it out 👍
There is a video on Caffinated's channel that has a great leveling build for warrior using greatsword and axe+shield be sure to check it out, it got me to 80 and is carrying me through PoF right now ^.^
Do you have or plan to make such a deep dive video about every class in the game? :) would be nice to watch them as well since I plan to jump in GW2 :)
@CaffeinatedDad Hi, i am thinking of buying GW2 1st tree expansion, up to End of Dragons, they have black friday sale, my question is, if i dont buy newest expansion (SOTO) do i get to play endgame like raids and dungeons and will there be players in older expansions, dont rly know how all this works since i only played WoW so far. Tnx
So if you go with the other expansions you'd get the raiding portion of the game however you wouldn't get all the strikes. There are three strike (single boss instances). Icebrood saga, End of Dragons, and secrets of the obscure. And legit there is always people playing these as there is always an incentive either for weeklies or gear or collections!
As warrior main, I can't recommend warrior as first character, as it got too nerfed over time. Yes, it can fullfil almost any role in the game, but other classes could do the same, but better and easier. I'd say, Necromancer beats Warrior all around
What is the best server/world to join in? I like casual play but I also do occasional hard content. I came from ff14 online mateuse server filled with (E)RP and more social centered content.
So your server matters less in Guild Wars 2. You can party, group and even pvp cross servers. The endgame mode World versus World is where it comes into play. Wvw divides servers to have specific match ups. It's basically server versus server player versus player!
Ive wanted to try a warrior nut after some research it allears to be one or the weakest classes woth players sayings kt been lagging behind for year's. Disappointed as the gameplay looks amazing

True, now I feel like everyone can use nearly every weapon!

Honestly I didn't think I'd enjoy the bladesworn as much as I have been. Something about pulling off massive crits feels great!

There is tons of things to do in gw2! Literally just take your pick!
Flurry no longer roots you in place. You can move while using flurry now after the June 2023 patch
I saw! That is such a great fix!
Go for Asura if you want to have some fun with animations
Giant weapons too!
Best gw2 content if you ask me.
Hey thanks!

I've been considering it. I'd personally like to gather more experience with some elite specializations before I make a full fledged video
Excellent summation as always :)
Hey thanks!
"The Spellbreaker tends to be a very strong pick for keeping the fight fair and on an equal playing field."
>PvP Hammerbreaker has entered the chat
Lol other players have to play fair lol
Well done, keep it up! ❤️
Thank you! Will do!
Actually you can move while doing flurry. It doesn't root you anymore
Interesting! That a huge bonus!
Always love your reviews!
Glad you like them!

@@CaffeinatedDad I see thanks for the info 👍
None. Absolute no server should ever be subjected to anyone who RP's or ERP's.
What race are you? Human?

Nice.
Thank you! Cheers!
There is warrior. And then everyone else.
True. Simple. Trusted.
Maybe i just take guardian
My new player guide to warrior: delete character and make an elementalist. (kidding :P)
WELLL... I mean... lol
I actually I agree lol
Well I started on ele and deleted to make a warrior your advice is backwards 😂
I made a warrior and an elementalist at about the same time and ended up spending all my time on my warrior 😅
It’s funny because it’s true
warrior is not a popular class, few people play him
The videos are too long bro. This could've been a RUclips short. I clocked out in the first millisecond
Tiktok attention span
