So, do I need to keep it there forever so I can use Windows 10?

@@mjclyvem.ugbinar3222 no so basically, when u put the foil you turn on ur chromebook, and on newer versions or something like that you cant use sudo in crosh so do CTRL + ALT + right arrow key (do left arrow key to exit), login with chronos user, type sudo sh then do flashrom --wp-status if it says PROTECTION: HARDWARE then do flashrom --wp-disable (with the foil inside) wait for it to say SUCCESS, then you reboot the chromebook then take out the foil, do the same thing with sudo sh, do flashrom --wp-status and if it says WRITE PROTECTION or PROTECTION: DISABLED then it worked and you dont need the foil anymore.
