Wow, and I thought the transit museum had everything in their archives. I guess this commercial proves me wrong especially not seeing this in the Mta's official channel. Also, ever since this was uploaded, there has been a sale on JFK express related items including luggage tags&pins and timetables. Very nice commercial.
That reminds me… I visited the Transit Museum over a month ago, and I looked closely at the subway maps on the older train models. I remember seeing one that specifically showed a direct JFK Express train running alongside the A line.
I’m surprised the jfk express was used as much as it should’ve. I mean traffic in New York City is a pain from the times I visited. Well we still have the stations to transfer to the air train so technically it’s still alive.
"We're sorry but you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and dial again, or ask your operator for assistance."
“Why didn’t I take the train to the plane?” Because it was useless af and it wasn’t worth paying a premium fair for not to mention that it somewhat made commuting to the airport even slower
This reminds me of my childhood in New York

Shouldn't this be "Take the train to the bus to the plane"?
What was the point some people used it when people to work or coming home
It’s like that at BWI Airport’s MARC staton, you get a shuttle van and tell the driver which airline you want to stop at.
