Hi Keith, I came across this video (Thank you) and purchased just the basic entry level software. Im making my first word search but when I upload my image, the letters are in a box and the image is just in the middle of the page. Is there a particular image file type or do I have to prep the image in some way to ensure the word search is made within the image? Thanks!
Keith, I hear back from the company who made the software, finally. And they said I could but I have to do it manually. Would you do a video on this topic? If someone like me want to make an activity book. I'm sure it would be very informative. Have you done one already? Thank you so much. Amy
I’ve done a couple videos where I show how to put together a book using PowerPoint as well as a cuu it demo on how to do it in Canva. I don’t recall if they’re specifically for puzzle books/activity books, but the process is the same. I will do this video on the near future, but check out the other videos, so you don’t have to wait.
How come our website looks different when i click link you shared? Also, where did you get the image from? Google search or software as within? How can you use these and create into a puzzle book? Can these be sold as books?
The image I got was from Pixabay. As for the look of the site, the video is almost a year old, so, they may have made some adjustments to the appearance of the app.
You can do this one of two ways. You create a separate txt file for each puzzle and upload them on each separate page. But the easier way and the process I use, is create one master txt file and you’ll separate the lists with a blank line. This is all discussed in the tutorials in the software, but here’s an example: Ttl: Puzzle 1 Dog Cat Fish Bird Ttl: Puzzle 2 Hot Cold Etc. I hope this helps.
Hi Keith. I'm not ready to buy the 2nd tier just yet. In the 1st tier I don't have the top row showing the font, size, pencil etc....and I don't have the Word Search Settings on the left side drop down menu? Where you have the columns, cell size, direction, border color and most important the grayscale! I don't have the ability to right click, like you said I just have a single pad. Help!!!! Amy
I completely understand, learn tier 1 before you move on to tier 2 updates. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to just the tier 1 account, so I'd suggest reaching out to support and ask them why you're missing features. Perhaps they've updated the view since I recorded this or, perhaps, the features you're missing are features from a higher tier. Please let me know what you find out so others can continue to learn as well.

It is too bad the company makes you buy each level before allowing you to buy the higher one. I planned to buy the highest price one, but now when I have to buy all the levels below first. I did buy the first level and ya, eventually I will use it. But I am not happy with their web site, or way of pricing. YOU did a good job of advertising for them.
I completely understand your frustration with the whole sales funnel technique. Personally, I don’t like them at all. I’d rather know right in beginning everything I need to buy, what everything‘s gonna cost, etc. That’s why I try to explain in my videos what is all included and I try to make it clear that you don’t need everything. Just find out what you need, that way you don’t buy more than what you need. I’m sorry if I had any part in you having a bad experience.
Thanks, Keith. Question: Can the uploads already in there be used to dress up your page rather than to use them for puzzles? Still debating whether I want to invest in this new "shiny object." I make my money editing and formatting, but I do love making activity books!
If you get the elite option that comes with the done for you images, it comes with borders, etc. as for the images themselves, I don’t see how you could implant them as anything other than puzzle shapes.
Hi again. Keith. I see that the first level for $47 is only for "personal use" only. You have to buy that before they show you the Pro or Premium levels cost. While I think this is amazing software, I need to know what the Commercial use level will cost.
Hello Keith. Great demo ! I bought this software after watching your video, however, I didnt get the full settings menu. I tried to contact the support , emailed them shared the screenshot of the issue I am facing but didnt received any update from them for last 2 days. As you have promoted and Recomended the product , I need your help to resolve this issue.

It sounds like you may need to adjust your settings. As for file type, I believe you want to use a png.

That “personal use” is a warrior plus distinction. It means you can’t sell the software as your own.
