seemed people liked the i wanna be the guy TAS, and i was interested in speedruns for this game, so i figured id make theoretically perfect runs for each of the levels in the tower. the part which could probably be lowered most is the bossfight at the end, as im uncertain about the mechanics behind it.

Watching the TAS could be more fun if you did more messing around, like spamming the smallest robot jumps or at 4:08 you could jump from corner to corner (you jump from most left corner to the most right and then to left corner of next platform and then to right corner of that platform)

Lvl 3 is definitely the most interesting for this tas, others levels have really cool optimisations but this one has a lot of great skips

The boss has random attacks. How does this bot work?
It’s not random, it’s based on your position and timing of things so yes it is random but not if you do the exact same movements at the exact same times, it will always be the same fight

Isn't there a timesave in the first level since you can somehow slide forward off the pressure plate at the end and get a slight head start once your movement is unfrozen?
you still have to wait for the gate to open so there wouldn’t be a difference whether your a bit closer to the gate or not

TAS bot could've done better by doing the coyote jump in sewers to reach the platform faster
and could've taken the faster pacman route
