It's only when the director i think asked them to watch the film and if they hated it they would remove this from any showing. Thankfully it was approved and the people who threatened explode the theater left.

@@SubhanAllahAkhira I live in Algeria 🇩🇿 so I learned since I was 2 years old but I think the best way to learn Arabic is by speaking with some Arab daily even by messages (to learn how to make sentences) but it’s better to hear the person and to learn for example children books I always had A’s in my Arabic classes 😅 and my mother would buy me children books as I grow up I even started writing poetry so first learn alphabet by heart and write them everyday second try making sentences than read children books and slowly go to more advanced ones and finally and most importantly speak to someone whose Arab everyday

Subhanallah, what you said reminded me of an incident. Abdurrahman ibn Jubair ibn Nufair narrates an incident from his father, al-Nufair, who was one of the Tabi'een. He says, "We sat with Miqdad radiyaAllahu ta'ala anhu, and then this man came by, and he realized it was al-Miqdad. The man said to Miqdad ibn Aswad radiallahu anhu :
جلسنا إلى المقداد بن الأسود يومًا فمر به رجل فقال طوبى لهاتين العينين اللتين رأتا رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم

والله لو ددنا أنا رأينا ما رأيت

Miqdad responded:
ما يحمل الرجل على أن يتمنى محضرًا غيَّبَه اللهُ عنه لا يدري لو شهدَه كيف يكون فيه والله لقد حضر رسول الله صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّم أقوامٌ كبَّهم اللهُ على مناخرهم في جهنم لم يُجيبوه ولم يُصدّقوه
What makes you wish to be present at a time that Allah made you absent from without you knowing what you would have been had you been present? I swear by Allah there were people who were present during the time of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, but Allah threw them headfirst into Jahannam because they did not accept him and refused to believe in him.
أولا تحمدون اللهَ عزَّ وجلَّ إذ أخرجكم لا تعرفون إلا ربَّكم فتصدّقون بما جاء به نبيكم صلّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلّم
Would you people rather not thank Allah that you were born as people who only know Allah as your Rabb, who only know Islam as their religion, and who believe in everything that Rasulullah ﷺ brought?
الله لقد بُعث النبي صلّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلّم على أشدّ حال بُعث عليها نبيّ قط في فترةٍ وجاهليةٍ ما يرون أنّ دينًا أفضلَ من عبادةِ الأوثان فجاء بفرقان فرّق به بين الحقّ والباطل وفرّق به بين الوالد وولده حتى إن كان الرجل ليرى والده أو ولده أو أخاه كافرًا وقد فتح الله قفل قلبه بالإيمان ويعلم أنّهُ إن هلك دخل النار فلا تقرّ عينه وهو يعلم أنّ حبيبه في النار وأنها للتي قال اللهُ عزّ وجلّ
And he said, "Wallahi, we bore hardships that no other generation bore. I swear by Allah that Allah sent Rasulullah ﷺ during a time that was more difficult than any other time in which he sent prophets. It was a time in which the succession of the prophets had long been paused and where people were so ignorant that they saw no religion better than idol worship. The only thing they could come to was to make these stones and worship them. That's how far in jahal these people were, how steeped in ignorance they were. And he says, then Allah sent the prophet ﷺ bil furqan, with the furqan meaning the Quran, the criteria. And he said, with that furqan, Allah differentiated truth from falsehood. Upon that furqan, even parents and children were divided. He came with a criterion to distinguish between truth and falsehood and between a father and his child, such that a man might see his father, son, or brother as a disbeliever, even though Allah had opened his heart to faith. He knows that if he (his beloved) dies, he will enter Hell. And (because of that) we could never really experience coolness in our eyes.
And that's when Allah The Almighty revealed: And that's when Allah The Almighty revealed:
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍۢ وَٱجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
˹They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Bless us with ˹pious˺ spouses and offspring who will be the joy of our hearts, and make us models for the righteous.” Surah Al-Furqan (25:74)

That alone you should consider it a miracle. What about the words of (ALLAH SWT) in the Quran. If you have read the Quran. I watched the original version(with western actors) countless times but watching the Arabic version shows a bit more details in scenes and details in their lines. And Mashallah its the best movie ever.

@@BINALITVofficial I have seen both..In fact I saw the movie in UAE way back in 1982 when it was still banned in most Arab countries. My objection is not to the movie but the portrayal..I am speaking from the film making point of view. Of course its the same film but with changed actors.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful film. I watched it twice at a time with the English subtitles and in Russian translation. I greatly enjoyed the film and watched it with tears in my eyes. Old films are much better and realistic. What trials, challenges and hardships the first Muslims had to experience and overcome. They were real brave hearted and steady in their faith. May Allah’s peace be upon them.

{اعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَزِينَةٌ وَتَفَاخُرٌ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ ۖ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ الْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَامًا ۖ وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانٌ ۚ وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ﴾
[ الحديد: 20]
﴿وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهَارُ وَالشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ ۚ لَا تَسْجُدُوا لِلشَّمْسِ وَلَا لِلْقَمَرِ وَاسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَهُنَّ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ﴾
[ فصلت: 37]
And of His signs are the night and day and the sun and moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon, but prostate to Allah, who created them, if it should be Him that you worship.
