I saw that yuumi's winrate at the beginning of the video and was gobsmacked. I was surprised that no one in chat said anything until you looked at it yourself at the end of the game. Just wild.
I do feel like hwei is just modern release seraphine. seraphine on release was one of the worst supports we had for a month or 2 until we got the new items and than shot up in winrate and than proceeded to get round after round of nerfs. i do think he needs some buffs right now since he is extremely weak but i think once the new mage items drop in a month he will be one of if not the strongest mage potentially but we will have to see in a month
