Creo Parametric - Shell Feature - Chamfer Options

  • This Creo Parametric tutorial shows the options available when selecting Chamfer surfaces as Excluded Surfaces when creating a Shell feature. The intent of these options is to prevent the Shell feature from penetrating solid geometry, but it can have unintended consequences.

    What if i font want to remove the surface ? Like a guitar ?

    I use it a lot this feature mainly in electronics enclosures, especially if the electronics come only with the pcb board.
    I will find 3D model or design the pcb in a skeleton part ruclips.net/video/xZE6ICNeiAE/видео.html and design the features that i want around the skeleton part.
    But after I saw this ruclips.net/video/xs9kF-_1VP8/видео.html I use the sweep command for the more complex lip of the enclosure.
