No he does all the doubles on the board
20-1 if he doesn’t get a double in 3 darts, goes back to the start (double 20).

@@95fyken yep. So if he got all the way to double 1 but doesn’t get it in 3 he’ll go back to 20,19.18 etc
Is it normal to practice with more than 3 darts I just saw him doing that first time I’ve seen it
Some ppl train with 2 sets of darts in the same time.
I do this sometimes too because I don't want to go to the board all the time 😂😂

Surely the pros would want to do 121 in 6 darts not 9
I think its more the consequence rather than the difficulty. Imagine your aim to get to 130, 1 missed treble/double means you start back at 121

no its 121 in 9 darts, then 122 etc... up to 170, if you fail at any point in the game you drop back to 121
@@05ananas05 just making the point that it could be harder for them.
If at any point you hit the out on the first 3 darts then that's the number you go back to after missing with 9 darts. So if you take out a 126 in 3 darts and successfully take out 127,128,129 in the 9 or less but miss the 130 you would go back to the 126 instead of 121...that's how I was taught.
