Octo's personality is very quiet and introverted. People like that tend to surround themselves with familiar people, hence he's hanging with his old crew. It doesn't mean Octo isn't ride or die for OB, he's just default doing what is comfortable to him. The crew just needs to spend more time with Octo and actively invite him in stuff they do so that they become his new preferred circle.🤷♀

Octo is the Introvert hanging out leaning against the wall at a party while everyone else is going crazy. Octo is the introvert that gets adopted by extroverts. He might not speak up often, but you need something done and Octo can do it... It'll get done. Octo is the quiet guy in the back that will drop everything when his people are in need. You need out of a chase and Octo in the middle of something... BAM he's in the car and asking for your location. He is 10000000% Loyal. But he doesnt like to force his way in. ( every introvert's nightmare) He wants to build relationships but the others have to also be willing to reach out. He knows them, but isnt close to them as he is Tony. So he probably feels like he's stepping on toes. But if you invite him to stuff, he is more than willing to go. You got to make him feel like he part of the family so he can actually speak up as if he was part of the family.
Octo is very similar to early 3.0 yuno in the sense that both of them are the best of the best at their main skill hacking and driving theres no one close to them except marty at typing numbers and octo just needs more experience getaway driving but hes been insane so far. Not to mention octo is working to pay off what he owes At the end of the day they kept yuno because they liked him as a person and so far they like octo as well they will keep him around 100%
I saw today my first time Octo and Kitty stream, and asked the chat around, and he is so LOYAL, specially with Kitty, he was about to start a race, and Kitty called him because she was attack by the clowns, and went to the hospital directly, and made it back to the race just a few more sec before it started with her.
Octo kinda reinforced that belive when he told Lang he had to pick up Kitty when they were pushing even, though Lang told him to tell Kitty they were working. Lang did tell him it was okay in the end, but still not a good look.
yuno has done so much computer and butcoin shit in his first week with the oldbois, and he also wasnt there when they all agreed to buy that house, so he's not in debt.
