People need to chill out, Lang I believe has always been like this. He will never truly trust you until you have fully proved your worth to him, it doesn't matter in which way it is as long as you prove yourself truly worthy of being in a crew with him he will give you a lot of shit. The only person that was instantly irremovable in Langs life was Yuno when he was able to hack the Paleto and the Vault for them first try but before that Lang wanted to fire him, even though he was a unpaid janitor at the time. Even Ray at that point was already months in the work with Lang and was only close to him because of Donnie (Hasan) but wasn't as big until he made all those clutch saves to get Lang out of cuffs and out of chases to prove himself. Octo right now just needs to play his cards right
In 3.0 the crypto stuff paid for racing upgrades. If it turns out that bitcoin can buy illegal cars parts or something, he sure as hell gonna want some
