If you noticed he punished them for keep trying to pit, everytime they tried he would turn and make them miss

Isn't bubble pitting power gaming?
In 3.0 that’s the way cops were specifically told to pit because server desync makes the bubble pit in the cops eyes look and work like a regular pit in the criminals eyes, unless that’s changed. That’s also why in Deans eyes most of those pits looked wayyy less aggressive than they did in Ramone’s eyes. In deans eyes he was pitting with his bubble or at most touching the bumper, but for the crims it looked like he was hitting them around their rear wheels and that’s also why the car kept being sent flying.
I appreciate the camera pan into the phone while Tony called Goofy to see it go from “Speedy needs your help” at 6 seconds to Octo finishing saying “aight I’m on the way” by 8 seconds, there’s definitely a photo of Octo by where it says “clutch” in the dictionary

I feel bad for the cops. They had him boxed in fair and square in the yellow car. All of octo's escaping was good, but you can't get a better stop than what they had on the yellow car beforehand.
Feel bad for the cops? They didn't make it fun at all for Ramone, they started ramming 1 minute into the chase for a warrant like it was terrorism, it gave late 3.0 Lang warrant vibes with the aggression out of the bat
