It uses natural sweeteners - which for me, don't affect my blood sugars. Each person may have a different reaction - so it's always good for others to learn how certain sweeteners may affect them. Rebel is hands down my favorite dessert!

I came across this brand of ice cream at my local Nob Hill store early this week. Once I read the ingredients, I was sold and I purchased a pint. I’m not diabetic, but I’m very conscious of my sugar intake (I love ice cream). Later that day I had a few spoon fulls and I loved it. You immediately notice that there is no sugar (depending on the flavor), but the flavor and taste is all there. I’m asking my wife to buy me different flavors 😋.
