Hello dearies: This is a follow up... I work with Journalists and there was a visit to the supermarket yesterday. The following are the highlights:
1)The place is actually a retail shop though beautifully branded.
    2) The owner is a woman and had gone to face the tribunal with her family
    3) She denied every allegations which is expected and pleaded that she fled out of fear.
    4) She pleaded that such a discrimination didn't happen under her watch and that she didn't make such racial rules. Though people testified of such law, however, There was no paper evidence or video evidence except the one circulated online (I feel they removed every evidence before facing tribunal)
    5) The Chinese community and her family pleaded for pardon and stated that they won't ever discriminate.
    6) The shop had been unsealed for every Nigerian to go and shop while there are investigating cameras in the area via the security post.
    7) Though the shop had been unsealed, investigation is still ongoing.
    8) If the woman and the management didn't go to tribunal there would be Sanctions: 20million Naira fine, 3 years imprisonment and deportation.
    9) The Chinese community stated that they won't ever allow one of their own to act in any racial manner.
    10) The woman and management stated that they've resolved the issue.
    11) I feel there's a racist personnel who might be a member of the family cos from what people said around, the video circulated online is true but they're trying to handle the damages caused and the effect on the Chinese Nigerian relationship (my opinion)
    12) We're yet to get any television reports on this.

I am not satisfied with the results. They need to use this situation to serve as a warning and she should have faced the full extent of the law. Shut the business down. Revoke her visa and ban her from ever coming back. This is not the first time that the Chinsese have done this. There will be more of this type of rubbish happening. They don't care they are brazen they will repeat this again and just hide it better and deny when caught.

Nigerians, I want you to ask your Politicians that allows Asians to have an established business in Nigeria whether they have lived in India, of course not. No India government will allow any Nigerian to establish a school or shop in India talk more of discriminating against an Indian. You the journalist can pick up phone and call Nigerian High Commissioner New Delhi to verify my comment.

The issue is that this place needs to be properly investigated. There's a very high chance these Chinese are using that place as front for far serious criminal activities such human trafficking etc.

Here is an interesting scenario: Suppose that the Gov't of Nigeria and other African countries told the US that there will be a halt of African resources (gold, diamonds, lithium and so on) being exported there until grievances of racism by African-Americans are addressed and settled.

This is a narrative. I stated two reasons I felt might be a reason ... It's either cos of price hike or Racism and I stated it there. She'd already faced tribunal. I got it correct, she has a racist personnel who enacted such laws cos she herself stated that she knew nothing of such Law... She's been denying it.. Infact, she had gone to plead in the tribunal with her family and other Chinese people. If she hadn't gone, she would face Jail sentence, a fine of 20 million Naira and deportation according to the Law.

However... Nigeria has manipulated the currency into the mess that it is. Currency should not crash. The dollar hasn't crashed yet... There is a reason. Don't blame for internal problems of currency... that's different. Chinese always be looking for bargains in China. I don't think that is the reason... They are greedy and they will raise the price. Make them give proper prices.

That's very true. Why didn't she make her researches to be sure if it's Chinese that are in Nigeria before saying trash. I really don't know why people from nowhere will be saying trash on we Nigerians. Nigeria is not a racist country so why should SHE come and then try to cause a commotion. Remember!!! There are other non black skinned people who aren't saying anything "racist" so I don't know Her's is different.

You have a point, she had already faced tribunal with her family and from what she narrated, I feel there's a racist relative there that's why she vehemently denied making such Law, there are evidence pointing that there's an order like that but she denied it, the matter had been taking up, FCCPC had gone to her shop to check all products. They're trying their best to remove the narrative, a journalist I work with had gone there yesterday, the shop had been unsealed for everyone to go and shop, there are also surveillance cameras and more evidence to be taken, but I'm yet to see any narrative on TV.
