I too think that Promession is an exciting and 'ground-breaking', 'out of the box thinking' development. I look forward to seeing the photos and videos of the build and opening of the first Promator. Until then, it's just a fantastic idea which I'm excited about; then, I will get stuck-in and try to enable the first one to be built in my country, and the process to be explained and promoted.
Good luck Susanne with the next months and years. You have my full support.

Thank you TEDx St. Helier sharing with us the options we have, I would love to know more about the Promessa process as it sounds like something I would like to use one day

It's really sad more people are so against the process and will still pay 10k+ for modern funeral service.

We have never met anyone who is against promession. Either you wish to choose and support it, or you choose and support another of the few alternatives. It is a personal choice. You do not need to be against the other options that you do not wish to use. Promessa has a very big support from private persons around the world today and we are very happy for that

Great idea. Let's support Promession in Italy as well.

I'd very enthusiastically support this in Italy, Paolo. Just tell me how! Funeral directors look shocked, pitying, or dismissive when I try discussing it. I think maybe it doesn't sit well with Italian views and customs. We've made arrangements for our bodies to be used for medical research once we've gone, but it may not be possible, and this is the way we want to go!

I'm unfamiliar with promessa. How much electricity and liquid nitrogen are used in the freeze drying, metal separation, and vibration processes? Does the electrical/nitogen requirement scale to 9 billion people world wide ?

If you wish to get the calculations, please send your contact details to info@promessa.se and you will get the numbers. There is no problem to make the Liquid Nitrogen be sufficient. The food industry and the Hospitals use more than we will do and still there will be a rest left over of Liquid Nitrogen that will go back to the air again, without being used.
