I agree, then can you suggest correct way to calculate OEE comparing with some wrong examples? And the measure to ensure its correctness

If you're not monitoring operational measures while executing on the smart factory strategy, how can you know that you're really improving the processes (or at least not doing harm to them)? If my smart factory implementations impacted my OEE in a majorly negative fashion...I probably wouldn't be responsible for either the strategy or the implementation any longer...
Failing to consider operational measures is a surefire way to fail an implementation. Hopefully I'm missing some context from your take here.

OEE is like a ton of other conceptually simple ideas (agile being a classic example) - the concept becomes the product. As soon as the Consultant Priesthood realises there's money to be made by teaching/talking/writing about something they fall over themselves to bastardise and complexify it (yes, that's a real word now) in order to induct jumpy IT groups, ever desperate to justify their own existence, into deeper levels of received wisdom. The fact that the end result is complete bollocks and often turned 180 degrees around from what was intended is neither here nor there.
    ...and relax.

I just love working with customers who engaged one of the big consulting groups (you know the ones I mean) and being told to do stupid things by kids in suits. I'm thinking, "What the hell do you know? I've got email addresses older than you."

This is why knowing whether you are working with experts matters. OEE is simply a tool for creating context from raw events -- it isn't the whole toolbox.
