Yeah, you can tell Nick is one of the few bodybuilders who always wanted to be a bodybuilder from a young age and it shows in the details of his training. Most guys body-build by way of other sports first, and get into the sport secondarily.

Me to man I’ve learned a lot from Nick
For a decent period of time now I have really been working on slowing down my reps to his speed and I have to say that I have always been a stickler for form and training slower than I would say a lot of people do but damn it is really difficult to try to master his speed and cadence with those reps! I’m going to keep at it
Watching his reps at 2X the speed looks like how most guys train normally. The focus and intensity is wild!!
I tried it and you're absolutely right... that's crazy you spotted that.
Man, I just went and sped it up to 2x to see if you were exaggerating. It’s still even slower than some stuff you see at the gym. Crazy!
I noticed it right away when I was speeding through his side raises.That’s how you train baby!!!!!!

One day you will realize that rep cadence and form bear almost no relevance when it comes to actual results achieved, which is kind of obvious given that coleman, cutler, warren, etc. train almost completely the opposite and achieved similar mass. The imortant things are the things they all did similarly- drugs, recovery, diet
