Wow she is amazing I can do the elbow stand she does with her legs over head it doesn't hurt but you definitely feel a stretch I would like to get some feed back on how she does her head sit, i want to know how she gets her head up in a head sit

She has a condition called EDS that allows her to have hyper mobile joints
Its actually called bone breaking dance you can do that but a lot of practice, not only people with EDS can do that
