Dan’s video camera starts working a couple of minutes into the show
This video made me realize just how fortunate we are for Brigther with Herbert and his incredible content. The level of sophistication displayed by Herbert and his guests is unmatched - In my opinion, the discussions held here, are for more insightful then the typical discussions that are had on mainstream media - Keep it going, guys.
💯
💯 thank you for a great show guys!
We are so lucky to have these amazing people to learn from. 🙏
Wow, five experts in one show. Amazing, thank you Herbert!
As 'Canadian Retail Investor', that interview is/was AMAZING!
Thank you Herbert, Jeff, Larry, Alexandra and Dan. That made my day. 🇨🇦
Alexandra, Jeff, Larry, Herbert and Dan this is going to be awesome.
Alexandra is a f-ing gem for the Tesla community.
Awesome to hear so much from Dan. So much better than 5-10 minutes on a news channel. Interesting hearing more on the Wallstreet perspective. Tesla to the Moon!
I truly appreciate Herbert for bringing everyone together to shine a on Tesla and with his analysis, he has brought out the True Tesla Goals. Herbert's team of experts has accelerate Tesla path forward bringing future Institutional investor to take notice and to invest in Tesla. Yes Thanks all. What a great team. Thanks Dan Ives, when you talk people listen. Thanks
Cyber bulls ROCK !! Thank you Herbert for bringing this to us. In fact, we ALL retail stockholders ROCK ! We'll show everyone, at the end, who really runs the show...
Jeff should have worn his white glasses... B-)
Yeah Mr Lutz, you disappointed 😂😂
Dan Ives brings so much light on why analysts don’t value Robotaxis or 2,000 Bots in Tesla factories won’t move the needle on their Telsa models because there aren’t enough details they can model in their spreadsheets. Most analysts don’t do probability analysis or their imaginations. They are risk adverse and would rather base their analysis on company guidance - details like - how much, how many, when, and the expected growth rates or ramp rates.
Tesla Robotaxi App demos, CyberCab concept vehicles, Bot demonstrations cleaning a CyberCab, etc. won’t move the needle significantly for analysts. The stock my get a slight bump from retal investors but not from institutional investors.
Dan isn’t the typical Analyst, I am very glad for that. Dispute his sometimes questionable fashion choices, he always gives a clear view on how the market is looking at Tesla and clear insight on his views. I 💯 agree with his near term views about the 2.5 and 2.0 Models impacts on price and the need for those to do well for Tesla to finance development and production build out.
Thank you all great interview 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🫶🙏🏼
As a CEO of a Bio tech new drug discovery startup, from my point of view, I found today's exchange helpful as well as a privilege to learn as a Tesla shareholder from your Q&A with Dan -Wedbush Securities. Is really clear his views on what moves the a companies valuation needle, from a few hundred of million, into the trillions. with his stock examples as well what the street need to see for the bears to hibernate. Of interest the Optimist valuation he rated at zero which was a awake up call how the street views its value today.. Thank you all for your important Q&A with Dan and thank you Dan for your dress code and views on Tesla future .
OMG, Herbert brought the "Dream Team..." Dan Ives is a natural..."teacher's glasses."
The chemistry is just awesome! Larry's approval nods...
Had no problems voting my shares in Australia- got sent a link and voted

That was an awesome Cyberbull episode!
Dan's fashion sense is balls to the wall cool. Chapeau, Dan!
I am in the EU and hold shares through Interactive Brokers. Voting was as simple as it gets.
Consider the exponential line of best fit (ELOBF) for TSLA from the day they went public. That line of best fit price today is $363. On 12/31/25, the line is $653. On 6/30/29, the line of best fit price target is $2,599.76. I think Cathie Wood's group may have a higher price target for 5 years from now, but they just used the line of best fit number $2,600 to be conservative.
Past returns aren't an indicator of future performance. Earnings drive performance, and we've yet to see earnings from any of the AI related ventures.
Good video. Thanks for making it happen..
Good coverage from the Cyberbulls and nice from Dan Ives making his points across.
Larry, Etoro put in place voting possibilities, which is the only reason I'm still with them. PS, I'm in France
I don’t think Dan was really hearing Jeff on Tesla’s supply chain prowess.
Good panel Herbert. Nice Job.
great show with dan, gretings from switzerland
i only bothered to vote my share thanks to Alexandra.
10:18 valuation doesn't reflect ai: the tesla ai is undervalued relative to the other mag 7 companies, because
what tesla is doing is unique and apropos for robots, whereas playing with LLM's has a lot of competition and free models are out there,
whereas Tesla doesn't have a "near competitor", maybe Waymo, but you don't see anything happening at scale with them.
I always enjoy the convergence of Retail and Wall St in videos.
Awesome , Astonishing Insights . Huge credit to the Brighter Bulls Team & Dan for his forthright presentation of his thinking & that of his peers . I search for education deep down The Musk Rabbit Warren and this was Platinum reinforcement learning . THANK YOU.😘
Do you think Jeff is blowing Dans mind a little?
Excellent content. I couldn’t agree more with Dan. This is the 90s tech boom on steroids. These are amazing times. Loading up on the big names for now and then what’s to come. TSLA is definitely one very amazing play!
Way to go Herbert and "The CyberBulls!" 😊
It was very fun having Dan and his perspective.
Haha, we all love Tesla Boomer Mama and her hot red accents, so cute and smart!
Well done guys!
Cheers, Eric
Great episode
The major point missed in this discussion is the massive financial requirement to fund the growth in technologies.
A real case of missing the woods for the trees. All of the focus here on new projects (the trees) not about the big picture in the woods being the EV business needs to be in a healthy financial situation to support that growth in the company.
The EV business is the source for these funds and it’s bleeding cash badly.
Positive Cash flow is king for businesses. Tesla has the issue of lower sales (even with the inducements of lower prices and low interest rate loans. The sales could have been 10 to 15% plus worse if these inducements weren’t offered.
The company suffered a $2.51B deficit in cash flow in the March quarter. That’s over $10B on an annualised basis. That’s quite possible as competition from Chinese manufacturers eat away at Tesla’s margins quickly.
China sales just released show a concerning ( for the company) 25% fall in sales.
There is a substantial capital requirement to fund continual AI R&D to progress development of current and future tech. That could easily run into the $10B’s.
Tesla has now gone into debt to the tune of nearly $3B after being in surplus in 2022. So we have a company here that is losing money (net income was down 55% last year), losing cash flow and going into debt to try to fund growth. Something has to give.
Tesla will never be able to compete long term with Chinese manufacturers in all tech. That’s been proven over the years.
In difficult times, consumers will buy good value for money vehicles most likely hybrids as more come to the realisation that the practicality of owning one saves time, money and just makes more common sense.
It’s all very well to have grandiose plans for the future but they need to be funded. The EV business is losing funds (and market share) quickly at a time when Musk needs the company to be increasing earnings not losing them.
Be interested in anyone has a counter argument here.
Awesome podcast!
I have Tesla through eToro in Spain. They are based in Cyprus. Both EU countries. No problem voting
I can imagine using human safety drivers for the first several months. Until it's very clear to regulators and users that the safety drivers are unneeded.
What an interesting bunch of people 😊❤️👌
Dan is amazing love the guy !
Dan shows up with a feather in his fedora, delivering his Shakespearean analysis. The most underrated AI analyst, the godfather of FSD insights.
I’m worried people aren’t t realizing Tesla is sitting at 90 forward P/E..
Exactly!! What’s more is the company is bleeding cash due to lower margins, overspending on AI. Going into debt to the tune of $3B just highlights that the company doesn’t have the funds to advance the growth of the new projects.
Cash flow is king and it’s suffering at the annual rate of $10B deficit ATM
Tesla is in the midst of a parabolic move, and those don't last. It may be driven by irrational exuberance or by short covering or both, but it's going to end soon. A sustained upward move can only be supported by earnings, and so far, none of the AI related stuff is generating earnings. It may happen in a year, or maybe not for 5-10 years. Nobody really knows.
It was 1000 PE four years ago, were you worried then?
@@thejammod no it wasn't
@@darylfoster7944 It was. It was crazy high, but Tesla grew into the valuation over time. Amazon was the same in 2011.
Absolute A Team.
Forever grateful to Alexandra for her work 🎉
Awesome insightful discussion 👏
Lovely today. Beauty and Brains. However, where is the blue?
I think we keep remembering that most analysts need to perform each quarter/year. If they make a purchase that isn't going to pay off for more than a year that can negatively impact their performance statistics.
great point, Wallstreet looks at just 6-9 months ahead
Greetings from Sweden to all of you. Retail democracy for the win. 🤟
@Larry: I am in Europe and have no problem to vote my shares since over 10 years!
Dan Ives....Legend!
Your best show ever.
I totally agree that this is the best show ever. This was fantastic to have Dan Ives on and pick his brain.
Around 19:30. 8/8 would be perfect if the cyberbot made an appearance. This would do two things: 1. To show that the car and the bot are siblings., 2. To show that Tesla is way more than a car company.
Guys it easy to convey how far ahead Tesla is in so far as "AI" commercialisation is concerned. Just think about it like this whilst others are using "AI" to compose software programs, Tesla is already training "AI" to directly perform the task that the software program used to perform! This is what Karpathy called software 2.0 eating software 1.0... Prior to FSD version 12 Tesla had software programs (a large number of lines of C++) this has now been replaced by neural networks directly performing the task that the C++ code used to perform. The others players have large language models writing C++ code that requires human attention to finish and test before it works less effectively than the neural networks themselves... In reality using "AI" to write code is dumb and will be replaced by neural networks directly performing the task that the code would perform! Tesla are already there!
Great post
How about BYD they are planning similar strategy incl. energy
What problems has the other AI actually solved? What have they really done? loaded data that is available pretty much to everyone. Basically it is super fast google search. Doing a search, summarizing it and spitting it out. Isn't that about it?
That was my point… LLMs are a dime a dozen now… llama 3 from Meta is free … the Tesla monetization path is much clearer and more compelling but also less developed and evangelized by the company itself … but 8/8 that changes
im writing dan ives in on the ballot this year
dan that used to talk about nervgen?
Can someone please explain why Ross Gerber turned against Elon Musk the last few years? Is it only because he wanted a board seat?
In Europe, ETORO platform made It very easy to vote

Love that shirt Dan is wearing💪❤
$TSLA: 10-15x in 5 + 5x in 10 = 50-75x in 15.
Dan’s microphone needs “Ah!” As a wake word
Before TSLA rolls optimus out to other buyers, they will test in their own factories and will probably have gotten meaningful margin improvement from it in order to gmbe able to make the sale.

Is Dan on the beer? Very mailable to the bulls here and slurring
Go away TROLL 🤮
Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring...managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
Francine Duguay program is widely available online.
I appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the team behind Francine’s trade signal service.
Trading with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investor s who have little or no time to monitor their trades.
The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.
It was quite challenging to understand the different trends on my own until i found out about Duguay. Trading made easy.
Is Dan Bill Murray's son?
You guys don't need a guy like Dan Ives and his prevalence on legacy media to legitimize Cyberbulls. He really is nothing more than an optimistic Gary Black. The fact he thinks robotaxi is more of an "end of this decade" impact and that he can't even let Optimus enter his imagination until what sounds like way into the 2030's if at all, shows you just how out of touch even he is. Wall Street is going to be slapped so hard with what is about to happen over just the next 2 years. Optimus and robotaxi will be ramping up so fast and hard 24 months from now (and beginning much sooner) how in the world can he not be paying closer attention to it? Sorry guys, he's not the Wall Street knight in shiny armor we are hoping for.
When you’re dealing with other people’s money you have to factor in Black Swan type events… when it’s your own money you can take big risks and only have yourself to answer too..
Robotaxi will not be ramping fast in two years. First they have to solve autonomy. Then they have to build a production line either in Texas or Mexico. Then they have ramp that production line. That's three years minimum.
Listening to dan ives just makes me wonder what I actually heard. Like, did he actually say anything at all or just a bunch of words
@@darylfoster7944No need to "solve" autonomy (actually it's already solved) before other tasks. Tesla is smart enough to do these other tasks simultaneously. So one year max, not three years minimum.
@@henrik5761 autonomy is not close to being solved. L5, passenger in the back seat, isn't even close. And they would be foolish to start building robotaxis now. They'll just sit in parking lots collecting dust, until full autonomy is approved. The optimism is admirable but misplaced. Three years is generous. Could be 5-10.
Couldn't Hyundai scale bots? They own Boston Dynamics.
FSD has issues as described by an Uber driver in San Antonio. 60% of his rides, he has to get through a gate to an apartment. How does a driverless car do that? What happens if someone spills coffee on the seat? What happens when an elderly person going to a medical appointment needs help getting their walker into the car? What happens when the map takes the car a block away from the rider? Elon recently mentioned being close to one intervention per year. What would your insurance rate being if you had one accident per year? I'm rooting for Elon and FSD, but these are serious questions.
That’s what it’s not live yet lol. Next year when it’s perfect 👍
Let’s withhold drink the cool aid. Optimus may lead with the robot offsetting labor cost. This will increase margins and multiply from there. FSD needs a lot of polishing. I own 2 model Y’s it does some things great and is really stupid at others. It repeats its errors two; where is the neural net?
Agreed! FSD even at version 12 is pretty much useless since you have to babysit the car at all times which I find more exhausting in dense traffic than driving myself. I really would love FSD to do justice to it’s name, but after 6 years watching the system stepping left, right, and backwards, with very little forward momentum, I’m getting more and more pessimistic. I’ll perk up once Tesla is ready to take responsibility and liability for the car when FSD is engaged, but I’m not holding my breath any longer or expect it to contribute to teslas bottom line much anytime soon.
Does anyone have the slightest idea why Elon Musk came to Portugal (for those who don't know, it's a country in southern Europe). Is it because of the lithium mines?
seems like dan doesnt really know whats going on, hes just skimming the surface
Dan Ives has basically confirmed he's a shortsighted "Tesla is a car company" fool...
Same category of "analyst" that increases the price target after the stock goes up and reduces the target after it goes down. Absolutely brilliant in forecasting the past.
He has opened his mouth and removed all doubt, to borrow from the popular adage
He’s an idiot self promoter…citing “Mojo” 😮how embarrassing
Sounds like you’ve got a YouPorn hangover…
💯
Dan Ives is great but you can clearly see Alexandra has more in depth understanding of Tesla than Dan. It makes sense since Dan covers many companies.
Let's not leave out china is printing money to spur growth and apple and tesla will benifit greatly from quantitive easing and lower interest rates
Wall st. Won't increase Tesla valuation today as long as they think they can buy the same opportunity at nearly the same price two or four years down the road. A catalyst for a price change has to be either a) a change to forseeable profit increase worth investing in now b) definite evidence of faith from knowledgeable insiders, eg 4 internationally respected car companies buy rights to FSD.
Question: What is the "valuable proprietary database of training data for bot?" Who owns it now?
That's who wins the bot competition.
Question for Simon: What do you assign all the "Tesla hate" to, USA, Germany? Is it provoked by incumbent competition, anti-environmentalists, Elon haters, something else?
Will it increase or decrease?
Lower sales, lower earnings, increase in debt, big deficit in cash flow of $2.51B in only 1 quarter. Tell me where the funds for the grandiose plans will come from?
Big talk, big dreams, final result? Any profit?
Thanks!
I cannot fathom how voting shares can result in a taxable event.
Dan Ives is Idiocy….Idiocy is Dan Ives
Jesus Christ the ads
25k car will Osbourne the model 3 and maybe even the model Y. The only way the 25k car works is if it blows up sales and profits to the strong positive. That way we don’t care if it Osbourne’s anything. My opinion; that is why Elon is indifferent with it and is offering the carrot of other models based upon the 3/Y platforms as stated. The Cybercab will be a million mile vehicle designed with intent and purpose like Jeff thinks and also be of luxury quality like Herbert thinks. 4 seats facing each other. Self cleaning interior, wifi, TV, maybe more. As of now Uber rides are generally short where I live in Connecticut so those things I mention are not very relevant. 5g is everywhere so no one will notice the interior because they will be on their phones, unless the design statement knocks it out of the park, which I think it will. Just my opinion…klp
A $25k or low-30k EV doesn't seem like a good path. China is in that segment with very good cars. Competition will drive margins low.
Leave the EV-commodity market to others. Concentrate on the robotaxi market where there's no real competition and won't be for years.
A $25k car will not have the same features, performance, luxury, and possibly range as a model 3. Also, if they can get the price of the model 3 SR down by a couple thousand dollars, then put homegrown LFP batteries in it, so that it qualifies for the tax credit, all of a sudden they've got a $30k Tesla.
Love Dans perspective let’s dance
NO SHORT SELLERS BACKED BY OIL COMPANIES WILL NOT DROP THEIR SHORTS.
EU shareholder voting:
Not true, I live in Denmark and I voted YES.
I am thinking this will take around three weeks to get above the 21 wema as the level we dropped to also is around the 50percent from the last weekly swing bottom. its time to buy More XAI80K and BTC.
So.that's it.. tesla needs to show how they can make money off robotaxi and Ai.. not just tell about the tech.. actually show a road map for wall street to buy into the stock. Without this monetization road map, tsla is a car company and the stock stays pretty much where it is.
Not quite, energy will be bigger than the auto side and then there will be bots. Easier to have bots performing a few tasks in a factory than having a car drive anywhere.
It's like Dead speaking from grave's. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Tesla has proprietary data which is very valuable…but Elon has a habit of giving advantages away for the greater good…
I think people, especially this guy, are not realizing the true value of the bots. People need to realize that the bots represent slavery, and we have a model for that. The model is early colonial America, we went from a backwater colony to a economic superpower because of industrialized slavery in few hundred years. The Tesla bot is essentially slavery without the moral issues. We also need to realize the robot is way easier than the car to build, its true value is tied up in its programming, in that what useful tasks can it do. When you think about that, its totally worth spending 15 or 20 grand to buy a bot that can instantaneously get a software update and then do hundreds more useful tasks. I think the problem with battery density is simply a materials science and engineering problem and can be mitigated early on this journey with multiplexing the robots, by multiplexing I mean if it takes 8 hours to recharge a bot, then buy 3 and you have a 24 hours per day worker. Im all in on Tesla for generational wealth. I hope my vote on Elons pay package gets me in on the IPO of Starlink or spacex because Im definitely all in on those too.
I’m here to say I’m a real bull. Tesla can go to $50 tomorrow. I’m gonna still feel the same about Elon and Tessa other people they feel however, the wind blows. just some food for thought not gonna say no names.
So you wanted to talk about yourself, got it

this is ridiculous. You guys want Tesla stock to go up before Tesla is making money on the Robo taxis, that’s called stock pumping nothing more

Dan sounds drunk 🥴
You people always blow things way out of proportion with your expectations of what will happen at the next Tesla event . The same thing is happening for Aug 8. I personally think that this event will be a disappointment only because you have built expectations higher than they can possibly deliver. But I guess we will see now won’t we . I do hope I’m wrong!
I’m sorry but what knowledge is Dan basing all of his outlooks and responses on? Everyone is polite and no one is calling him out. Everyone waits a few seconds after he finishes. No one responds back his answers. If anyone does, he completely dumps his 5 minute explanation and agrees with their push back. He spins it and says that’s what’s he’s been saying all along. Come on! Even Biden makes better sense than Dan!
Why don't you go look it up? There is plenty of information on Dan.
