Inflammation is a result of trauma to cells! To prevent inflammation prevent trauma to cells! Poor nutrition is #1 precursor to cells being degraded. Cells not properly hydrated or nourished or able to have toxins removed will start to decline and become more susceptible to cell lining being breeched by virus, bacteria or toxins!

@@opcom64 well fed or overfed? The japanese have a saying 7/10 ths. Basically dont over eat. They have studied the people of the hunza valley in Pakistan in the Himalayas. Who routinely live to 120 with no debilitating disorders. They live a agrarian life. They raise their own food, so they work most if not all day raising their food. They eat fresh food. Not all cooked. They get plenty of sun, fresh air! The water they drink is glacier run off. It is alkaline. Not acidic. It has a tighter molecular bond than acidic water. It hydrates as well as removes toxins from our cells better. Acidic water does not as well! No fluoride in their water. The hunza valley is 7,000' - 8,000'. Unfortunately, all the university hospitals, research centers and even governing bodies that are supposed to monitor drug and vaccine companies are all funded or in bed w/ pharma. That's why vaccines have even less stringent testing and safety protocols than drugs. Unfortunately, people have allowed this to happen by assuming all vaccines are perfectly safe and well tested, and flipping out and calling anyone who questions them an antivaxxers. I personally don't care what people call me, falsely as it were, it's the next level brainwashing that concerns me deeply that people react this way, instead of caring if their vaccines are indeed safe and well enough tested.

Dr. Marrack is very elusive... and kept saying the autoimmune patient should discuss the decision whether or not to take the various vaccine with their doctor. Red flag. The average doctor has no idea of the immediate and long-term side effects, the chance of ADE, by taking these assorted vaccine types with various conditions... the variables all need to be tested. It would have been more useful if she gave her expert opinion and be honest that some people should stay away from these vaccines until more data is available.

People w/ autoimmune disease, esp. those on specific immuno suppressive drugs, are recommended AGAINST taking the vaccine. You can easily look up the Moderna insert, it lists about 6 conditions to not take the vax. The news, most doctors, and the doctors on the news (in Canada and N. America anyway) are not telling us this.
This is gene therapy btw. It's grossly understested on humans. Though they do love to tell us, erroneously and irresponsibly, that they've been working on some of the technologies behind it for 10-20 years. What they don't tell you is it kills the animals, and it's killed people and made them far sicker than they would have been when they have tested it. I've done so much research on this. Start w/ the vaccine inserts, FDA has supplied them. The tech in this is far far too new and risky. It's brilliant technology, scientists get very excited about it, but it's only been used experimentally and in lab tests. Except for gene therapy eye surgery, where they are specifically changing the genome to fix congenital eye disease. There's a mere 2 yrs of follow up on that.

I was diagnosed with Lupus a couple of years ago and confirmed by about 40 specialists (rare male case!) Personally, I cannot see myself accepting any of the vaccines for a while, especially mRNA, since the Pfizer one appears to have all but killed my father. Like me, he has had some AI issues but is now suffering with severe kidney and blood sugar problems, which started 1 week after vaccination. I don't have the scientific proof but I do know of another identical case nearby. One day, these guys might be able to explain why people with AI react badly to mRNA shots but until then, I'll have to rely on my ABCs for protection.

@@gavinfoster9179 People w/ auto immune or otherwise compromised immune systems likely shouldn't be taking any vaccines. That's good you don't doubt what you're seeing w/ vaccine injury to your father. Dr. Suzanne Humphries brilliant is a doctor you can likely relate to very well. She's a kidney specialist and noted certain vaccines in certain people wiping out their kidney function. So what you're observing is a familiar path. She's a fountain of knowledge.
As for these shots, they are really more experimental gene therapy tech, than much resembling old school vaccines. There's a growing army of doctors and scientists warning about them. Many of them are pro vaccine, to those that are not anymore, like Dr. Humphries. Sucharit Bhakdi is an expert immunologist, ex professor, and we just plain really like him, a big favourite in our house. He really puts the whole "pandemic" and how coronaviruses really function and how our immune systems truly react to them in perspective. He also comes out hard against the gene therapy. And finally America's Frontline Doctors, are a fountain of knowledge as well.

@AAH Replies I doubt vaccines are completely to blame for auto immune disease, but there's good research that the sky rocketing allergies, auto immune, asthma and autism rates are often due to vaccines. The more vaccines, the more it goes up. Comparison studies, that CDC won't do, or won't release more likely, of unvaxxed vs. vaxxed kids show the unvaxxed kids barely have those issues. For most vaccines, I don't think the risk/ratio is enough to warrant the use of many, maybe most of them. I'm still researching and am somewhere centrist when it comes to the heated debate.

Ive searching lot of info on autoimmune and covid vac. My 81 yo mother, very healthy and tough woman. In the last 4 years, she suffered from a fall from the van, blood sugar as high as 42 and all doctors were amazed that it didn't affect her brain and heart. She recovered and took a long holiday with me. Since covid, we've been walking instead of going to the pool to retain her fitness. During this covid, she had a fall and detached her L humeral. We decided no surgery on her because we didn't want her to go through the operation as the success rate is no high as many people had to go through multiple surgeries and still have complications. We managed her arm exercise at home and is very satisfied with the outcome and glad we made the right decision. On 22/5, we went for our walk as usual, but my brother phone me on 23/5 because her cognitive, mental and health status has dropped drastically. 24/5, she took her to ED and she was diagnosed with influenza and pneumonia. On 28/5, i noticed her swallowed fingers and later test confirmed she has AUTOIMMUNE CONDITION. She was discharged on 1/6 with normal blood test result, and she was fine until 8/6. On 9/6, she vomited on herself and wanted to clean herself up but felt on the floor and we noticed her pretty much immediately and call an ambulance. She was admitted to hospital again and this time with KIDNEY infection and within a day of hospital admission, she passed away. Now i have a big ? could 3 covid vaccines triggered her autoimmune condition and subsequently attacking the lung and kidney tissues or somehow interfere with the immunity. Any comments mate.
