To celebrate the release of Skyrim Remastered we have a new stupidly fun and powerful NEW BUILD GUIDE!
I will be Streaming Skyrim Special Edition Live Here on RUclips as soon as it comes out. I have played the game on PS4 already (Bethesda was only pre releasing Console copy’s), but stay tuned to find out my first impressions on PC.
I’ve been working on this build for a while now and I really do hope you all enjoy it and share it with your friends who want a new way to play an old game.
I will not be using this or any other OP builds in my LIVE playthrough of Skyrim, we will just be having fun!

For those that are struggling to trigger the dialogue when transforming on the console, I'm on ps4, press the power button (Beast Form) then immediately press the wait button. Wait 1hr and right when the 1hr duration ends you'll have a good 1-2 seconds to talk to your companion as you transform. Hope this helps others
Didn't have to equip amulet 1 by 1 when doing this method. Worked fine with just one transform to equip 5 amulets for me at least.

I remember when a friend bugged out skyrim for unlimited shouts. Not sure how it happened but it was not this way. The funny part was hearing him through a Skype call go "oh look a bear!" followed by a solid three minutes of FUS!

there is another way by using alchemy and 1 amulet of talos but i dont remember how it worked exactly

still works to this day on PS4 but there is a different method, instead of equipping 5 talos amulets at once you need to equip them 1 by 1 for the 5x shout reduction to take effect, I tried equip 5 talos amulet at the same time and it only registers 1 amulet even though I have 5 equipped. :)

IMPORTANT: Make sure you DON'T have any of the amulets of talos during the Diplimatic Imunity quest. This turns them into a quest item and prevents them from exiting your inventory, ruining the glitch. I hope this was helpful.

=HELPFUL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION=
I had a little trouble doing this trick but I final got everything working. There was some things I needed to do that wasn't in the video. 1) If you are on PC, need to use a CONTROLLER. On mouse and keyboard, the equip while in follower's inventory wasn't available. Once I plugged in my Xbox 360 PC controller, the option to equip from my follower's inventory showed up. 2) Equip the amulets one at a time by clicking the equip button from the follower's inventory. When I tried to equip all 5 amulets of talos at once (I also had 6 amulets and equipped using the amount slider) only one was activated. This doesn't mean you have to do the trick 5 times, just equip the amulet one at a time instead of using a slider amount.

I was on the Skyrim Special Edition when I did this trick and I noticed that when I transformed back after becoming a werewolf, all my equipment, accessories, weapons, and spells were re-equipped. Before doing this trick, I had a necklace already equipped and didn't bother to unequip it. Once I did this trick, my necklace was also still equipped. I haven't tested this but I believe you can equip multiple different items all at once.

I don't know, seems like an uneven trade-off; limitless shouts, the ability to tear the very fabric of reality asunder, but you can never use necklaces again. How will I survive without my Gauldur's Amulet?

Still working in 2023 on ps5! Took a few tries to get the timing right but I eventually got it
I know this is a bit late, but if you're on pc you may not have the equid button so just hold down shift and hover over it and the equid button will pop up.

How do you turn it off?
Landry Freeman it's a multiplier, setting it to 1 would make it 100%. Meaning that the shouts recharge at their 100% normal rate. 0 means that they don't have to recharge at all

Dude not even the greybeards can shout as fast than that also who the hell remembers that mirmulnir is actually the first thing to tell you that you are Dragonborn not that one whiterun guard also who remembers that alduin saves you in the beginning of the game but the main quest line forces you to kill it when he probs isn’t fully dead cause he was the first born of akatosh sorry this is so long I love lore with the quest lines in Skyrim I’m a total Skyrim nerd

THIS STILL DOES WORK IN 2022 SE/AE VERSION JUST EQUIP THE AMULETS ONE BY ONE INSTEAD OF AN ENTIRE STACK. THIS EXPLOIT ALSO WORKS WITH RINGS, ANY OTHER ENCHANTED AMULETS AND CIRCLETS AND ALSO QUEST-GIVEN-UNIQUE-ENCHANTED ITEMS I BELIEVE.

Guys on the Xbox 360 do this if u want the glitch
1: delete the Title Update
2: go back in Skyrim
3: become a werewolf or a vampire lord
4: get a follower that doesn’t attack you if u transform
5: do the glitch
6: only get 5 amulets of talos
7: give the follower 5 and then equip 5 one by one than transform back and you will be able to shout as many times as you want

You have to equip the amulet 1 by 1 for it to work. Not bulk equip, at least that's how it worked for me. (PS4)

NVM I fixed it, instead of trying to equip all 5 at once, just do one at a time for a total of 5 times. It works for me if I do that

I play on Nintendo switch and it took me at least a dozen rounds of becoming a werewolf and equipping the amulets to get this to work but now I'm so happy

If you do the same process at the same time with 5 rings of Eminent Destruction, you can have unlimited destruction magic at no cost as well as unlimited shouts. Will make you one badass mage.
You can do this with regular enchanting with a chest piece, ring, necklace, and circlet or Helmet
2020 this beautiful glitch is still "working", even with the unofficial skyrim patch.

Because fortify restoration potions work on all enchantments, they also work on the amulet of talos even though it doesn't say so. Drink the potion, unequip the amulet, then reequip it and you'll get no shout cool down.
find 5 amulet of talos, wear them all on your freaking neck, that make sense lol

Spellbreaker one of the best two shields in the game, The Ebony Blade is one of the best weapons in Skyrim if you don't smith items, and Azura's Star is great as well.

I BARELY VIEWED THIS VIDEO AND I TRIED IT. IT WAS GREAT. THANK YOU. HOWEVER, AND I DON'T KNOW IF YOU MENTIONED THIS BEFORE, BUT THERE IS AN ANOTHER WAY TO GET ALL TALOS AMULETS. YOU CAN PLACE THEM ALL IN YOUR CHEST AT YOUR HOME AND THEN VIEW THEM, AND EQUIP THEM ALL THE SAME WAY.
I was mistaken. It did not work. It looks like you equip all 5 amulets but does not allow unlimited shouts. Sorry.

you could find them in the Thalmor confiscation box
Or play through the Civil War Quests and start looting dead Stormcloak Soldiers they usually drop Amulets of Talos.

Could someone help me out, im a little confused. I did this exact thing except i only have the ''take'' option from the follower and not equip as shown on the video. Im on PC. I know i can use CC but i rather try this one over that. Tyvm in advance!

If you took the amulet off that one dude`s body, every amulet of Talos you then pick up will be counted as a quest item and cannot be removed from your inventory.

If you took the amulet off of Roggvir's corpse, then this is what you'll have to do: Go to Addvar's house in Solitude, and talk the the little girl, Svari, about her mother. The little girl will want you to convince her mother to go to temple. When you talk to the mother, she will ask you to retrieve her brother's amulet of Talos, which you already have. Once you give her an amulet, you should be able to do the glitch.

You could try and Press R2 and square at the same time. Dont give up because it works on ps3 as I have tried

You gotta talk to the little girl in solitude about Rogvir's death, then you'll start a fast subquest in the miscellanious quest tab to retrieve and return an amulet of Talos. After that you can drop,transfer,sell them

guys don’t get confused, it works just fine I have tested it on August /19/2020 on ps4 . just give the 5 amulets to ur follower , and go to the follower inventory and press R2 to equip them one by one . If u have a problem of not giving the amulet because it’s a quest item don’t worry , go to solitude and talk to the little girl , she will tell u about her mother and how she won’t go to talos temple or something go to the mother and give her the amulet
It won't let me give the amulets to my follower it keeps saying the items won't let me remove it if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me how
I tried with Mjoll the Lioness, she can keep the amulets while you search for the others. Just make sure you already did the quest involving Svari in solitude, because that's probably the quest amulet that won't let you drop it or give it to someone

Diamondwolf364 equip each one at a time by clicking the "L1 or LT" (depending on what console) (or what every button you formatted it to on PC) to equip them without taking them from their inventory by pressing the normal take button. Example, PS4 click L1 on the amulets 5 times then exit out and you're done. Same on any other, don't equip them all at once
I can only equip one at a time and it still doesnt work for me

I absolutely love this guys channel. He has great content and you can tell that he puts an immense amount of work into every video. You can also tell through his pronunciation of words because he is obviously so tired that he cannot read anymore. I mean.. how tf does someone pronounce "Faendal" as "Feeandroll". Again I love this guy, but his inability to read drives me insane. Thanks for all the content tho ESO.
