  • In this episode I continue the restoration of a 1955 Wagemaker Wolverine 14' Ply-Lap boat by sanding and repainting the vintage steering wheel back to its original color.

    Very nice! You didn’t mention it but did you v out the cracks first, or just straight fill them?

      Many of the cracks were tiny and disappeared after removing all of the blue paint. I folded the sandpaper and ran it into the larger cracks to give the fairing compound something to stick to just like repairing a crack in a fiberglass surface.
