@@billyracks According to the official league stats, the 49ers have #3 offensive yards per game, #7 rushing, and #4 in passing. The Defense is middle of the pack in almost all categories. Last time I checked, CMC doesn't play defense. Imagine yourself actually knowing what you're talking about. XD

They're on the field all the time because the offense doesn't put together efficient long drives and CMC certainly helps with that because he is more than a RB like Deebo is more than a WR. To your point, they are still a good run team, because their offense is dependent on the run, if they don't set up the run, they can't do anything. Which is why, when you go up against a good run defense as they did last week, or in the superbowl, everything goes south.
I love the Niners too. I have my issues with Kyle. But the offense is still ranked #3 while the Defense is slipping hard. CMC doesn't play defense. We have injuries and a new D-coordinator but the "experts" only seem to talk about the most surface level, almost casual football watcher topics. It's not a lack of CMC, it's a lack of D.
