ZUCCHINI LASAGNA RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
► 1 to 1.5 lb Zucchini (about 3-4 medium)
► 3 tbsp Olive oil (divided into 2 tbsp and 1 tbsp)
► Sea salt
► 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
► 2 lb Ground beef

@@WholesomeYum Btw that burner is pretty cool! Looks like a gas burner but I didn't see any hoses or a tank. My stove has the electric coil elements and they're not great; would love to know what that is and where to get one!
@@caseybales4440 Yes, it's gas and wireless, it uses a propane tank. I got it here: amzn.to/3yHqhIu I have a gas stovetop but it's not in a convenient location for video so I use this portable one for videos. :) But it's also a great gas alternative if your stove is electric!

What a wonderful recipe. I have one of those three layer air fryers and I do my zucchini in there. You have to rotate the trays to keep everything going well. I don't use any oil and I go with a lower temperature for quite a bit longer it produces a dryer zucchini with a little bit more tooth to it then the oven roasted version.

Hi Maya! Thank you for all your great recipes and videos! So easy to follow along. Question: my family does not care for zucchini that much. I am wondering if I can "hide" it by first peeling the green skin off from the zucchini before roasting. What do you think? Will this alter the recipe too much! Thanks in advance!

Which marinara sauce do you recommend and also is there a replacement for ricotta I just do not like the taste of regatta
Any kind without sugar added is great! I get mine at Costco. You could substitute small curd full fat cottage cheese instead of ricotta.

I definitely would have drained the beef before adding the marinara. Too much grease for me. I like the zucchini in the oven trick though!
Feel free to do that if you like. :) My beef was 85/15 so it was fine for me but with 80/20 I probably would.
Do you have to use oil on the zucchini ?
I haven’t tried without oil, let me know how it goes if you do.
I would try this but, I would drain my ground beef. Your sauce was swimming in grease.

Did you drain your meat?
Hi Holly, Using 85/15 beef, I usually don't drain it and just cook at high enough heat for most of the moisture to evaporate, but you can drain it if you like.
It looks good but Lord knows it taste like water and meat!!! NO seasonings??? where is the taste buds?
