Dial is like a old worldmap! Nice!👌👍☺️✌️
I got mine delivered today and it’s gorgeous! I’m going to serv it myself so I’m really glad to find this film.
It’s a instasub!👍
Thank you !
These old Atlantic pieces are my fav old pieces. Have two of them at the moment. Great work. Cheers.
hello, thank you
I like them very much too. he also has a few unitas and eta 1113. I use them often, they have very large cases, 37/38 mm watches from the 1950s are rare.
Saw your comment on Vintage watch services so I decided to subscribe to your channel and it was worth it seeing this job you have just done, Lovely dial by the way!
thank you very much !
Same here!, great camera work. Lovely job, would love some narration. Adrian
Thanks !
I have two of them. One with a black dial with brass colored hands and another one with a silver dial and casing. The silver have a different movement than this one. Both where bought in Romania.
maybe a very good and popular eta1113 was installed in these watches, or fhf with date
Nice job 👍 personally I prefer to hear the sounds rather than nothing at all. Thanks.
Thank you
Please talk , we learn more if you do . Love the dial face .
i think about it, i need a better mic. in the future there will be a better picture and a good sound for sure. it's just the beginning :) I'm glad you like it.

Karol
Amazing dial
thank you
ÓTIMO SERVIÇO 👍🇧🇷 (no lubrificant tije)
👍
Nice job. Too bad about that horribly water damaged (not to be confused with patina) dial. A fellow watchmaker friend of mine suggested using gelatin to repair the flaking clear coat on bad dials like that, but I don't think it would fix the discoloration between the film. I did try it on a dial that had a logo that was peeling off and it worked but you really need to be careful.
Thank you for the advice, but I like this watch very much. I think that the dial is beautiful, it is damaged, I know, but therefore unique. There is no other such thing, I really like watches with interesting historis.
best regards
Karol
Fantastic job!
Thanks !
Excellent job but just a bit too much patina on dial for my liking, still nice 👍👏
Thanks !
Very nice video. Good professional job. Sir, what's your name and where do you live ? Thanks for this lovely video.
Thank you, I always try my best. i am Karol i live in Leeds

Keep up the work, you have some very nice vintage watches that you are working on, will subscribe. I also do vintage watches on youtube, see you later =)
thank you very much :)
You cased up the movement before checking it on the timegrapher? Wouldn't be easier to adjust before you put it back in?
I do the final calibration after a day, sometimes two. like all oils, it spreads well. on the video I want to show differently before and after the service

@@Karol235 With a special meditation technique I can send my mind to the interior of the movement, I can see if everything is working properly, accurately, and, if necessary, regulate it. I do not need to use the timegrapher.
nice
Thanks
TOP
Thanks !
Sorry the watch dial is not a pretty sight and should be at least be stabilised from any more deterioration. The difference between patinated and unsightly can be sometimes a very fine convergence.
hello, thanks for the comment. it is a matter of taste, someone does not like it and for someone it may be beautiful. I like it very much it is unique. you will find thousands of perfect atlantic and how many are there like this? just this one.
Regards
Karol
Nice 👌
Thank you !
nice job
Thanks
Is it possible to install the pellet fork upside down?
interesting question. the watch will not work, theoretically the pallet fork can be mounted upside down. but the length of the axle on the top and bottom is not always the same, so it is not possible in every mechanism.
Should have changed the crystal in my opinion.
this is my private watch, i wanted to keep it 100% original. I don't mind the damage, I think it fits the damaged dial
@@Karol235 Fair enough.
Its a nice piece!
@@2000bhoy thank you
Can I ask where you are located? I could use a good watchmaker!
hello i live in leeds, uk
Quadrante bruttissimo, da ristampare. Una cosa e' la patina, un'altra e' la bruttezza
thank you
