Greer Ranch and Hulda Crooks, maybe Crafton Trails. And the (Jensonusa playground) Sycamore Canyon!
Verdugo mountains....my backyard. Some amazing trails all in the same small mountain range..... thx for the tip on san clemente. I have friends that live there so I'll add that to my list next time I'm down that way

Penasquitos Canyon is SD's biggest eMTB trail network and a ton of fun. A shout out to my local bike community advocate is San Diego Mountain Bike Association (SDMBA).
Remember to support your local association so that you have a voice supporting your habit.
That entire mountain range is pretty awesome!

Sycamore Canyon/Goodman Ranch is ebike friendly, so is PQ both compare to Black Mountain though I enjoy Black MTN for it’s variety. PQ has miles of trails and you can ride tunnels then head to Black Mountain and ride Black Widow. There is little jump line between PQ and Blk MTN if you know where to go. No huge gaps pretty intermediate style.
Oh yeah, I forgot Daley Ranch some great stuff there, one of my favorites.

Hi Ricky.. I got excited regarding the Class 1 rules listed on parks.ca.gov/?page_id=30521 , but after a phone call they confirmed Class 1 was only limited to the beach side, anything east of 1 fwy is still off limits.. I wish i had better news for you 🥲

I mean San Clemente is OC, and it's on the list lol, but yeah, not sure of other place. Is Ladera Ranch EMTB friendly?
You mention that none of these spots will allow a surron to ride, wondering if you have a list/could make a video of Surron friendly trails in SoCal?
Hi Ben! I don't own an Surron so i'm not the best person to ask for surron friendly trails, that being said i've done some research and found that if you Look for OHV trails they are all 100% legal to ride! you can toggle the ATV/OHV/ORV selection on Trailforks.com
Where do we find the maps showing trail rating like skiing trails? Black Diamond, Blue, Green

when you show the trails, it says E bike trails,,, are e bikes limited to those trails only?
that one sign is just a joke a reaction to the many No ebike signs that are around bike trails

Hi Rodrigo! I do not have much knowledge where you can ride Class 3 legal trails legally but i'm almost 100% positive you can Ride class 3 trails on OHV trails. if you have trailforks you can toggle OHV trails or try using overlanding apps that has a better list for OHV trails. hope this helps!

Your chart for Vailocity says there are 40 MTB trails, but ONLY 4 trails for Ebikes. Are you still allowed to ride the other 36 trails there or do you do so at your own risk hoping local law enforcement doesn't catch and ticket you?
Vail is 100% class 1 legal. There are race events with EMTB categories. Vail is privately owned.
come to my neighborhood and hit me up if your ever in town... most of it is e biker friendly iconic locations... santa monica mountains/ simi valley/ woolsey canyon... some of the best riding socal has to offer.
