  • After scouring the internet looking for which tubes to buy, and failing miserably, I have decided which are the best replacement ventilation tubes for Vanagons! This option is also much cheaper and ships faster than the others that are marketed for this specific purpose.
UPDATE : the silver tubes fit great on the passenger side, but in hindsight, I would order slightly longer for the driver side. It worked, but was a trick to get done!

I would use a Stainless Steel Hose Clamp because its super cheap or at the very least a wide zip tie. Kihei gets hot and humid in summers and any tape just falls apart. I live here and know lol. Ace should have either option.

I ended swapping out one of the smaller diameter tubes because I wanted longer! I just got some plastic tubing cut at Ace hardware

You can use a hose clamp to tighten the connection for your vent. Any hardware store or Amazon should have them for cheap.
