Dubrovnik Old Town Wall Walk

‪@Dean_Trips‬ Dean & Isabele visit Dubrovnik on vacation, the last stop of a weeklong yacht cruise from Split along the Croatian coast in May 2024. This video begins with a short old town tour with the cruise group (32 total) and guide. The guide indicates that the late May crowd is small comparing with later in the summer. After the hour tour Dean and Isabele go back out the Pile Gate and then climb the steps up to Fort Lovrijenac for the nice old town views. A Dubrovnik 24 hour tourist card is purchased which allows entrance to the fort, the wall walk, museums and public transportation. At 35 Euro it is a great deal considering a wall walk ticket itself costs 35 Euro. Dean and Isabele then walk the 2km wall and enjoy the wonderful views all the way around taking about an hour. The pace is not exactly leisurely and I recommend allowing 2 hours with more stops including one at a place for a beverage in the shade.
