I really wanted to see the backside and how you got rid of the crows feet. And wow, it took me forever to do my tesla 3 headlights. You make this look way too easy...
3m PPF usually will leave adhesive marks if I stretch like that even with using hot water / steamer. Have you used 3m product and if so is stek a superior company?
Thanks for the demo! Does using hot water to relax the film like that affect getting adhesive distortions when you’re squeegeeing? Or is there enough slip that you’re not worried about it?
Install gel generally doesn't rinse away that easily so when using gel, we use warm water to flush it out. If you were using your normal slip, this might cause the film to tack up too quickly. But with gel, there will still be a lot of gel left behind for the film to glide over and not tack/distort.
We only prep all panels with 70% alcohol followed by CarPro Eraser. Gel will normally tack up when fully squeegee'd out. This is 44tools gel that we use on mirrors.
Do u spray only with pure water to stick the wrap ?

If you're getting vertical fingering you need to stretch and work the material horizontally more. It's all about the proper stretch initially.

If that's installed, I want my money back.
Do you use Xpel?
Not anymore, we are currently offering Stek paint protection films.
@@Xclusiveautoworks Any upside you feel you notice with it?
its not worth wrapping a tesla model Y. it goes down in value no matter what protection you do to it
Dude has no idea what chemicals he’s working with
Poor customer had his mirror wrapped in under 1 min. Why not take your time and focus on quality?
