I am a 230 pound bodybuilder, and I will testify to the effectiveness of a simple morning walk. Gets my energy going, gets my joints feeling great and warmed up, gets my mind woken up, and I can quite literally feel that my mind and body all operate better just from that base level of easy walking everyday.
@dfaad8450 yes! My wife suffers from severe sciatica after hip issues that stemmed from birthing 5 of my excessively large children. I highly recommend a video called ‘Best Standing sciatica relief exercises’ from SpineCare decompression and chiropractic channel, as well as a 13 minute video from Squat University called ‘how to fix sciatica’, they both recommend a few different exercises and my wife does them both. Takes her about 10 minutes to warm up with these exercises, but it makes a world of difference. She does these exercises prior to exercising and it reduces her pain by 90%+ according to her, and lasts for hours after the workout as well. I hope you find some relief as well!
5:54 Natural gas (methane) actually has no smell at all. That's the whole reason that the mercaptan compounds are used - they have an unmistakably strong smell that is used to announce the presence of the gas it's been mixed with.
Okay but in Story 5, mainly people see investments in both saving money and energy. Just get LED light bulbs, with my roommate' s help in buying those lightbulbs I literally shaved off 100 dollars on my monthly bill and those light bulbs aren't in every room of the apartment. You just have to look for what will save energy and the investment is the money you save from the electric bill expense.
No offense, but you’re not being very accurate. The average old incandescent lightbulb costs 1.55 per month if you run it 24/7. An average LED is about 50 cents per month to run 24/7. That means you saved about 1 dollar per light you replaced per month. If you’re in an apartment, you have maybe 5-10 lights total? You’re saving 5-10 bucks a month for your efforts, not anywhere close to 100 my friend.
@@jspur6 You're probably right,I just noticed that my bill is 100 less than last month and didn't bother to research what you commented, change in energy usage could also be a big factor. It was just the timing of getting LED lights and bill price drop that got me excited. Also some light sources can hold up to 5-6 bulbs, especially in old apartments like mine, so that 5-10 might jump up to 20s in some places per month of savings.
@@Scarlattomachiatto you should give your good habits the credit they deserve! I imagine while changing lights, you also started monitoring other things more efficiently, like heaters when not in use, keeping doors closed, ext. heat is the biggest electric cost source. That credit goes to you and your newly learned efficiency behaviors, and you are definitely right to be excited for that!
Boundaries. This is usually the basis for therapy in my counseling practice. Lack of boundaries explains the legal system, codes of conduct, manners, work policies, and even rules while traveling. Stay in your lane. And get out of my face.
Thank you so much for this amazing video! I need some advice: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

Any suggestions for the days when it's *walking itself* that causes pain? (Sciatica)

I replaced every bulb in my house with those LED bulbs that I got at the dollar store and I cut my electric bill in half.
Back pain....oh yeah I'm experiencing.... always... ALWAYS.

Some of this is good advice, but a few of these people remind me of the "typical redditor" from the Slappable Jerk videos
Yeah
