    Not good for joints. Too much stress. Also you haven't answered question about Harper's poor performance.

      False. It depends on the weight you’re doing. If you are using free weights like a bench press they have a higher risk of injury but Bodyweight exercises can help your joints more than hurt them.

      Movements like this are how you get better at dealing with stress on your joints. Also, they're only S&C coaches. There are many factors which go into a boxers performance.

      Sports is not good for joints. Sit on couch, commentating youtubevideos instead. Saves your joints

      Nonsense. Explosive movements don’t strain the joints too much, if you’ve done the work to build the tendons and ligaments up properly prior to engaging in the explosive work. Explosive movements (“plyo”) are advanced. If you jump the gun and hit it too early, yes, you’ll get a stress injury. Crawl, walk, run.
