This is the most stupid comment i've come across. Indian Govt. provides compensation to injured/death during accidents to all its citizens. They even offer several schemes for such cases.
A National highway is supposed to be 150 ft wide with proper by-lanes for connection to interior villages. Because Dimapur "Highway" is not in the national standard there are more accidents. This is completely the responsibility of the State government and the Centre for only building the road and not the rest of the safety and convenience measures. In a National highway vehicles travelling below 40kmph should not even be on the road, they should be on the by-lane but here we are. Nagaland Standard. If we reach Assam, all these are provided.

Taking video and pictures of victim and circulating to others is so insensitive! No respect for the body nor the loved ones of the victim. The first thing bystanders do is take out theor phone n take pictures and videos. There should be laws for all this!!!!
