I love and keep watching the videos of baby Zuko - so adorable. Can't believe how fast he has grown in just a few months. All your dogs are great, and you are very informative about how to teach dogs.
Awwww Zuko is so cute!i wanna pet him! I love Boston terriers in-fact I have a Boston terrier and my Boston is 9 months old but Zuko is the cutes doggie ever
Taught my 10 week old boston to climb stairs without any treat/food. It might help that it's been cool out and he just wants to get back inside after he's done his business. LOL Vet said he's very food motivated but I tried training with treats and he gets too excited and won't do anything but sniff and climb all over me until I give him the treat.
Trust me they are good dogs. I have a Boston Terrier named Indy. Btw make sure there are plenty of toys, and that they're always equiped, because they will devastate your pillows and carpet.
I have a 6-month-old Boston Terrier named Lucy who is ready for training. I like to take her in our back yard with treats and to reassure her. I like your training tips. I've taught Lucy to sit, give me a paw. She is really smart and seems to enjoy the time we spend with her.
He is SOO clever! Wow what am I in for lol getting my first puppy Boston in October (had a dog before but never as a puppy) little stressed about the amount of trainer esp potty training as I have carpet throughout the apartment thanks for the vids!
Really nice content. Could you please share how old was the puppy exactly when you started training. Or when this specific video was recorded. I am finding my puppy difficult to train since he is not too much into food. He only gets excited with treats and if not then starts biting or chewing everything
Thank you for these videos! We are adding an 8th fur baby to the farm, and I’ve been nervous about having a Boston puppy again after so many years. Your videos calm me down a lot!
Wow I wish I would have seen this video a couple of months ago. I could have saved myself two grand on a trainer who taught my Sadie the same exact training you were doing with Zuko. She was gone for a month of board and train. I love Zuko he’s so adorable!💙🐶
My boston is a fucking maniac! He's 8 months old and I tried training sessions (6 to be exact) and he did fairly well. But when I tried to practice the same techniques at home, he could care less. He doesn't like being in trouble but he surely likes getting into it and knows that he's doing something wrong because he hides and darts from me without a word. This dog is so fast an agile, it's not funny! I'm used to pitbulls and as most folks know they're fast and agile as well, but not close to one of these little guys that can shuck and jive in the blink of an eye! He chews things like the new baseboards, 1/4 round and door frames or just about anything he can find! My wife buys him so many toys that have so many different textures to them and I think he thinks everything is a toy as result of it. I love him and he's surely not going anywhere but he is a huge pain in the ass! I'll lock him in his cage (cell block 6) when he's blatantly does something he knows he shouldn't and it seems to have absolutely no effect! He'll whine and cry but I dont give in, even though I want to spend time with him. He could be in solitary for hrs, get out and repeat the cycle the next day or the same at times. Hoping he will eventually listen. I try different methods from time to time but he's a handful! I'm lucky to still have my pitbull "bella" because he has learned a lot from her and she's so tolerant of him but he has a long way to go (we have a long way to go)!
How old is he here? I just rescued a 7 month old Boston who was neglected and is very timid. I got her yesterday. She's not potty trained yet, so I'll be patient. He seems much more advanced than her, so just not sure where to start.
ik im late, but i'm getting a boston terrier puppy, we're picking him up on 15th september! ur videos rlly help me learn more about this amazing breed of dogs, thank u! *zuko is so cute OvO*
Typically done with German Shepherds and Belgian Malenwahs for tactical heeling (agility) in combat and K-9 training with booming voice commands, not common with pet training.
Ah adorable! What are tips on teaching a 5yr old Boston to roll over. She just doesn’t care and I won’t force her but wondering if it’s something I’m doing.
My old Boston has been laying by me when I'm downstairs and walking around because I recently had to start wearing shoes around the house because I hurt my foot I think she knows
I have a Boston who just rolled over her 3rd month since her birthday! Her name is Judy and she’s a brilliant, adorable, defiant, spiteful little girl and I’m having a real issue with potty/kennel training. It seems that any time I take her outside to potty, she waits until I bring her back inside and kennel her to go. I would have considered it a fluke, but it’s happened daily for several weeks and my frustration is growing because I can’t seem to keep her outside long enough to NOT use her kennel. Any piece of advice would be amazing. P.S. Judy is my very first puppy. Thanks a bunch! Great video too, these tricks are going to help with her as well I’m sure.
@@bokugo8899 // My 12 y/o BT just got home from vet today (had to get those crooked- ass, crowded teeth cleaned!) Perfectly healthy. Still going strong. Have had less problems than any other bully breeds. BEST dogs ever! (Tell me I'm wrong. I dare ya... 😉😁)
Hi there, i see you have bostons. Im used to medium sized dogs... so ive never had a small dog. I am maybe looking at getting this breed. My only concern is potty training! Ive heard small dogs take a long time or will not go outside. What is your experience or opinion please
If i were to choose a Boston terrier puppy, at what month of how old should anyone start behavioral training, with the puppy always being willing to please you, but I'm not really not wanting to allowing any ignoring me behavior attitude, , cause I don't want to be rude to my pet for going about breaking bad habits in a rude way, ,I'd prefer to be able to keep reinforcing positive learning behaviors,

this is super helpful thank you so much! excited to see more training sessions with him and see him progress. he's melting my heart, what a cutie!
He did a downward dog
