The title track ‘I Let It In and it Took Everything” really marries the soft and heaviness togetber so well. A real summarization of the band is that specific tune. Soooo good. You won’t regret my friend🥲
Love that you're doing more Loathe! The ending of the song reminds me of that feeling you get after vomiting (the vomiting being the entire song before the acoustic comes in), and I mean that as a compliment.
Oh you’re going to Korn??? Can I tag along? I’ll be going on me todd. Yes I wanna get into Loathe too. Looking forward to Spiritbox although I still need to listen to more of their stuff. This song is pretty sick, especially the bit where you paused at 3:20 - yes mate!
Ooooh, this is the first Loathe song I'm giving a hard no. Very little nuance for my ears, The band that got me into Loathe is Fleshwater. They have similar shoe metal gaze vibes. Like Deftones. I'd dive in with "Baldpate Driver" and go right down their rubber ducky LP. Cheers!
This is probably my very least favorite Loathe song and the ONLY song I skip on the albun. Why? Compared to literally every other song on the album its kinda boring and doesnt do much. Especially since its sandwiched between "Gored"...which is probably their straight up heaviest track and "A Sad Cartoon"...which is one of their best tracks...the acoustic at the end is actually a lead in to A Sad Cartoon. Personally, songs like "Screaming", "White Hot", and "New Faces In The Dark" are peak Loathe

This gem turned 4 today! Such a beast of an album.

I got introduced to Loathe by listening to sleep token, and they out class them by miles, Loathe is way better in making a coherent album
Yes!! More Loathe please :)
Dude check out It’s Yours from The Cold Sun if you haven’t already, absolutely bangs

Funny cause it's the opposite for me. Gored is boring and is sandwiched between Is It Really You (the best of the slow songs) and this song
