Best in the World: Agnes Jebet Testing her Limits

We're so excited to feature Current World Record Holder, Agnes Jebet on the channel. We joined her on a busy day down at Kipchoge Stadium for a Pyramid workout where Coach Julien said they were 'testing her limits.'
Agnes was super dialed on the workout and didn't talk to camera much, but was happy to have us showcase her training and shows off her smiley, happy personality at the end of the workout!
The workout:
Pyramid 2000m, 1600m, 1200m, 1600m, 2000m + 4 x 400m
A pyramid of VO2 Max work followed up by 400m reps to test past after tired legs.

The world Cross was a testament of what it takes at this level. The fastest ever world cross thanks to Agnes. That she did not win was surprising, but a vital learning experience on the road to the Olympics. Nothing is guaranteed in athletics . Choosing the races that are worth fighting for, and giving everything from gun to tape.

Wondered why 10000M for a young athlete until the 10K WR then I realised the method in the madness. 5K WR then 10WR in same race was spectacular. Lots of potential if she can stay grounded.

An Agnes workout we expect to see two male pacers . When one tires the other takes over. Agnes does not tire, she has to fight for every inch not just in races but in her training. And now two male coaches? Adidas are all in on this.TakumiSen9 i believe.
