Chad and Jennifer, it is so good to see you enjoying nature and life itself. So many people, our age, do not get to travel. My husband and I are currently spending a week in the Great Smokey Mountains. We rented a cabin, my husband does not like camping 😪, but I love it. We are meeting our son, who lives in Atlanta here. We have not been able to see him due to COVID. He is my youngest son and it has been hard but today, this Momma will cry tears of joy when I see him. Enjoy your time camping!

Hey a tip! We use souper cubes for camping they are on Amazon. When you make soups or stews at home pour the left overs in the two cup cubes. Instant camping food! I pop them out of the cubes and store them in ziplocks in the freezer. If you have a 3 quart instant pot two cubes fit frozen and you push steam for 12 minutes and dinner is ready! We went camping this spring and I pulled all the food from our freezer!

Those fritters we call Mock fish, grated potatoes ,dry on some paper towel to get rid of extra moisture, add chopped onions, eggs beat until mixed,season with salt and pepper, fry in pan in oil ,turnover when browned and serve. Can add bacon,spring onion. Greetings from Australia.
My sis-in -law learnt to cook by the ready-made instructions . She became creative on her own. Good idea.

I ate Hello Fresh 4 times a week for 9 months, 2 years ago, and had to completely stop getting it, because most of the meals all have the same southwest flavors, I literally cannot ever eat that again. I can’t eat limes, sour cream, lemons. Basically all the flavors of Hello Fresh, because I got soooo sick of them. I’m glad you’re enjoying them, but I’m going the Blackstone Griddle route, with smash burgers, fried rice and the endlesss griddle list for my RV this year. I’m excited because you can literally cook everything on a griddle. :) God Bless!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Dear Jennifer and Chad I missed you both these several months. Am very happy to see both in this dreamlike new mobile home. You are my best real life hero and heroine. Your kitchen and refrigerator is nice. I like the way you both strained the food. Chad with that large hat and red dress suddenly reminded me of a pic of Jim Reeves on the cover of an old cassette; my favourite singer since childhood. Jennifer you and Chad just strained the potatoes exactly the same as Every household in Ireland does it, however only one person doing both holding pot and lid, trick is to run cold water at the same time as straining potatoes or veg, stops the steam baking your face!! Hello Fresh sounds like an awfully good solution to not having to bring a whole mess of food with you. I remember you talking about that being a concern when you guys first bought the camper.

I dont know my Grandmothers on either side of my family. My Mom's Mom died before I was born and I never met my Dad's Mom so I just tell people you're my adopted Grandma 🤭 It fills my heart to watch these videos, you are such a beautiful pair 💜

Hello Mrs. Griffiths, what a fantastic idea to get hello fresh for a trip like this. I know you explained that your order coming when it did was a coincidence but its a great way to shop for a trip and not over or under buy food. It helps to stay organized and not have to figure out what to bring for meals or meal prep on a trip like this! I have celiac disease and when we go away I always have stay somewhere where I have a kitchen to cook our meals in and a lot of meal preparation goes into planning our trips. I don't always enjoy going away for this reason. I love to sight see and to do many activities but then I get so discouraged when it comes time to the meals when I'm away from home , it's so much work. If you have fresh raspberries here's the yummiest smoothie recipe for you and Chad.
1 c 1/2-3/4 c cold water from fridge
About 24 small to medium ice cubes... Put in with water and about 6 at a time then crush mode on mixer
1/2 lime or lemon, but a full might be okay
A good amount of ginger. I cut up one bump of the root, about 2 t
1-2 c raspberries
2 -4 tbsp honey
At the last 6 ice cubes add 1/2 c heavy cream

This was a quiet morning for me so I turned on You tube much to my delight!!! I just love your videos!! Great plug for Hello Fresh!!!! Usually sponsored videos are not of my interest. This was done very well. I am not fond of these meal plans but I can see how easy peasy and convenient they would be for camping. Hang on to the directions because you can pre package your own ingredients and make again! I especially like the turkey burger Hello Fresh!
