Coolerthan Afrieza It’s not on repeat. If it were on repeat for an hour then each time it would start over automatically for someone using it for meditation. Instead it’s a lousy 12 minutes and 24 seconds. Most humans have to struggle just to get to the point where they are in mental silence after about 5 or 10 minutes. It is an excellent video ,but it needs to be for an hour or at least 30 minutes. Otherwise the actual benefit is not there because entrainment takes more time than 12 minutes and 24 seconds.
