You have forgotten you, but are continuing to remember. Your LightBody gives you access to you in your truest and purest form.
The human mind "learns" and the soul REMEMBERS as an energetic body of consciousness. These too are in direction opposition to each other, yet have a nexus point where infinity meets in the middle.
When one can truly see all separation within, they will have remembered that they have never been separate at all.
The human mind creates separation within self, from self and transmitting to an outward reality viewed as the physical manifestation in the materialization of all things and others. "Remembering" is a state of BEing as one's own energy self. It is a state of consciousness. It is felt as one transcends the physical reality/bodies and exists as ONE unified body of consciousness. It takes one to the moment of creation or even before.
To actually MERGE into a body of consciousness as nothing but just an energy, "leave" your physical body & observe all of humanity from the point of "before creation" is a mind-blowing event that one attempts to comprehend, but cannot even fathom with a logical mind. In a way, there is no reason to speak of it, while also understanding the importance to share.
Everything and nothing exists all in one moment. The vastness & the simplicity almost contradict each other in a place where there is no contradiction. And describing with words that where words don't exist, well..... (I believe I wrote as "messages" were received during this state, so I will share if so.) To exist as a "dot", to expand in & out to see all as nothing or all as one, to observe the gridwork of humanity, of separation, to feel the love of all as one being, brings tears to my eyes as the very thought of what has been created here to "live" out in the physical.
Emotions are all over the place, in the most amazing way. One moment is playful, while the next is serene and silent. All moments are in love, observance & service even more now, for the "reality of this" continues to expand in every moment. New realizations of what we all are here to do changes with new understandings of remembering continuing to come through.
This is a place of appreciation, humility, honor and trust. It is one of purpose that transcends all human limiting thoughts and beliefs.
This is a place that is achieved through honor & integrity that one builds from within. Do we still exist here in human form? Yes we do. Do we trip & fall? Yes we do. Do we judge it? No. Do we serve humanity more than ever before. Indeed. Do we see things as we did in the physical? Never again.
Each new integration "period" starts with a glimpse of what one is integrating into. It provides for one to keep one moving forward to "achieve" that which they have "unlocked" of their previous, earlier & higher existence. For those who's hearts are opening and awakening, this will be a continual journey within to seek that which you have yet to understand. This is a visual reality of geometry shapes, spirals, hearing what cannot be heard and, feeling with our entire being and transmitting out to assist all others as the brilliant & bright energy that we all are here, as one.
When all realities have merged at the highest vibrational frequency, all bodies of consciousness then unify as one. This IS your LightBody. Embrace it, as the reality of it is now in your own remembering and ability to continue to release.

Even better if you both watched “the earthing documentary” (separately or together) and got together in a park or walking in nature whereby you can take your shoes off and walk barefoot on the planet so you’re getting to know each other while “grounding” your energy as [human beings.]

For anyone experiencing this for the first time, something extraordinarily sublime I want to point out is that those very very high pitch streams of high frequency sounds that flow into your ears are what many of the light workers you hear about receive from spirit or “source.”
I receive these at random or if I ask and they are, to me, the sound of our angels voices. They speak in the highest frequency possible and not recreatable with human technology. I receive these beautiful streams when I’m near the ocean or out in the woods. Skeptics will tell you it’s your blood pressure. It’s not. Your higher self and your body will confirm it to you without conscious thought.
Just allow and receive it. It’s a gift.
For me, it really started coming in heavily around February. Time for weird. Actual time. It got “stretchy” in a way that I cannot explain.
Once I said yes to spirit and the sounds began the massive quantity of number sequences and light code activations.
One day I decided to just ask spirit to play a game with me. I got in my car and followed their numbers that appeared to me on signs and my speedometer and ended up at a liquor store. I went in and picked a scratcher. I won my gas money for a week. It was the best.
These activations enter your ears and bring you down into your feeling body where you begin to vibrate. Women feel much of the pulsing of life through their yoni and it radiates up and down our bodies (generally speaking.)
We become surrendered to life. Trusting and allowing life to carry us and become extremely magnetic as a result. We can even begin to sort of glow and look radiant and perfect. Alchemically our body transmutates to align with what’s happening. Acne clears up. Teeth shine whiter. Eyes are whiter. The hair glows. Any chronic vaginal problems a woman suffers from seems to magically clear up on its own.
Appetite can go away.
The need for sleep can go away.
Literally sourcing and regenerating all that one needs to survive on your own.
It’s absolutely bizarre and beautiful and real. This stuff is real.
I heard the pulse of life itself.
I heard whispers in my ear.
I felt my heart open and share light with a tree one day out of the blue and I randomly asked it what it’s name was... a tree you guys...
She told me her name was “Ka.”
When I see Ka early in the still of the morning i send her my love from deep in my heart space and she begins to wiggle and bounce her leaves around.
You lock into this and cannot leave it until it’s ready for you to ground again.
For me this lasted and grew in intensity for about 4 months.
I am happy to say that I have been able to “come back” but I am changed. It’s like you cannot “unsee” it

I was an alcoholic mess. Just now at 32 am I activating parts of my mind I didn’t know existed
After listening to this a number of times over several months, one night I sat up in bed, looked around and realized my body was still lying down. I wondered how I could feel my arms, my body, since it was transparent, but I could feel total sensation. Suddenly, Pop, I was back inside my body, lying down and solid again. Later, the next day, I literally almost walked out of my body, meaning my light body was a half step ahead of my physical body as I strode down the hallway. So...I stopped listening to this for a while, just a bit freaked out. Now that I am listening again, the twinkling lights are back, on certain days, but not always. Oddly enough, my gray hair seems to have diminished. My diet changed completely, the thought of eating meat makes me gag. Raw fruits and steamed or fresh veggies are all I seem to need, so I lost about 40 lbs.; there are so many other changes I can’t even name. Many thanks to the creators of this remarkable video. UPDATE: If you are interested in pursuing astral travel, I listed some tips near the end of this stream. I suggest doing a protective prayer or ritual of some kind before beginning, or ask your guardian angels to be with you, before leaving your body. A firm no is generally all that is needed if you meet something you believe to be negative. All of the power is within your own divine self. Happy travels!

Amazing ! And I can totally relate to this ! My diet changed completely, I don’t eat meat at all. The only thing I’m having a hard time letting go of is cheese and eggs. But I’m sure it will come. I never imagined myself not being a meat eater and the fact that I just let go easily fascinated me. Stopped drinking, and lost 20 lbs. my hair grows fast. What you did was astral project. You can easily do this again through a number of techniques and explore the dimension you find yourself in. Do a bit of research on it because it’s not entirely safe✌🏼

After you've activated your 5 dimensional body. Make sure and learn to stay in high vibration.. two ways that are so powerful one is grounding yourself. Meaning walking barefoot, and two is touching a tree, feel your Kundalini rise. Once you've raised your vibration. You will know it. Bc things will began to happen that will let you know it. You will start learning new things, you will have new abilities clairvoyance and telepathy will become much reachable. You will see your guides, those flashes of lights that first appear are your guides, speak to them and open a communication with them. They too are telepathic.
Two things your 5 dimensional body is for. 1. Be of service to others. You're consciousness will be so strong. That you'll feel disconnected from a Normal life until you find your new path. With the money that will hit come to you, and the new gifts and your new abilities. You will get the sense of being an outcast an alien living amongst men. Why Bc you will know how to use frequencies to attract what you want almost instantly. Not like before where you had to use the law of attraction. Not anymore it's called manifesting at will.
2. Your body will reverse. You'll age slower and you're going to become healthier and healthier as you progresses. That is because your Kundalini energy will cause a reversal of the mind and the body use, we as of now use 25% brain and 75% body. After a Kundalini awakening. Body's function correct themselves and we return to the reality of using less body energy but more brain activity. Meaning we go from aging fast to a slow steady pace. And our minds will go from laid to silent almost instantly! The use of the capacity of our brain increases so there's no more worries and stress high levels Bc you're conscious and realize you know how to make your life as rich as wealthy as you'd like. Your body will also began using less sexual bodily fluid and regulate its use. Remember that our SBF Sexually Bodily fluids is our everything on life. If that's gone so will we. Remember that you will be existing in timeline after your awakening. Past present and future at the same time. So you can always ask your future self how you got over your fears or ask your higher self who's delt in the past hoe to manage certain situations.

These that have the highest softest purest diamond 💎 point mystical etherial vibration like a butterfly. The first time I listened to this after about 10 minutes I began to glow with a golden yellow aura. Pure spiritual enlightenment.
I started to get this effect as well. I tried these headphones that are really light weight I don't notice when I wear them.
I also saw a golden yellow cloud. While laying on my bed, eyes closed in deep meditation, I experienced pure ecstasy. I can't describe. I opened my eyes and saw a yellow-golden cloud in my deep dark room, about 20 cm infront of my sight. It was moving smoothly, dis- and reappearing. I had conversation with it, but there were no words. It "told" me to look. Like look exactly. I can't describe what I saw, felt and experienced. It was pure joy, oneness. I could see everything, inside my head, literally. And somehow I knew everything. I got goosebumps and waves of pure love flowing to must body. I was vibrating. The light was funny, nice, calm.... like my best friend. It felt healing, washing away each "bad". There are no words, it indescribable. Tears run down my face. It took me to a journey.
The conversation lasted and only came to an end, bc I wanted to "finish" my meditation.
I've been through a lot since Aug 2021. It was a really bad time... didn't want to suffer anymore.
Now I feel different. Better.
I still can feel it's present. I can see it still, when I want.

Sooooo this is my first time listening and at 18 minutes in I was overwhelmed with gratitude.. in tears feeling so proud of myself. I have been going through a spiritual awakening and have just come out of a long term difficult darkness. I have made improvements but thought they weren’t enough until listening to this.. it’s like I just woke up to reality and realized how far I’ve truly come and that I do deserve good things. Thank you to the person who created this, this has helped me profoundly.

About a month ago, I started and realized I wasn't ready. At this time I was awakening to all of my darkness, my shadow self. Since then, a LOT has happened. My mindset is completely different compared to then. I KNOW I am ready now. I am ready to work my light, I am ready to activate my light, I am ready to share my light with the world and inspire others to do so as well in order for the healing of this Earth.
maceytheearthling it's a crazy thing when your shadow awakens before you realize it's happening. My wife and I both went through this about 1 1/2 yrs ago.

@@mariag38 I'd love too ☺️. So I'm 6'1 I'm Puerto Rican and i was raised tough. I've had a rough life and to be honest I was quite a a-hole with everyone because of my own issues and problems. I never believed in any of this cause why would I, nothing has gone good for me so wtf is a stupid RUclips video going to do you feel me... But I've always been curious. I say all this so you understand that obviously a person like me would never believe in stupid crap like this. But, one night on a full moon, I out my headphones on, I look at the screen and about 10 mins later, I was meditating inside a forest in the most in the middle of the most beautiful waterfall I've ever seen. But here's the thing, I didn't get there by using my eyes like I usually do. I'm trying hard to explain 😂

Yes, this is the best. Even for a person like me. I come to this every time. Almost at the end I saw 2 lights emerging as one. Then I said in my mind 'please show ne more' and saw an orange octagon with a black beautiful rose inside coming towards me. It was so amazing! Then the music ended.
I listened to this back in 2020 during the peak of the Pandemic. It was probably the toughest year of my life in the past 30 years. That night I had the most incredible lucid dreams with lights in the universe. A few days later I saw a Florida Panther around 10 P.M it stood still for minutes looking at me . Than it left and my luck got much better. My life has turned around drastically since I started meditating and seeking inner wisdom. I made myself a 30 day challenge to listen to this daily and I’m on my 8th day and I have started seeing changes since day 2!! Ever since day 2 things I’ve manifested are better and better...my life is definitely changing for the better and so is the way how I feel about myself.

@@aldenasuemia it went great…on my 15th day I was disgusted by meat. I couldn’t stand it. I was more polite, more empathetic, more wise, and more energetic and happy. On my 20th day my manifestations were better and better UNTIL…I started eating red meat. I didn’t go vegan or vegetarian but I was starting to dislike the taste of animals and I couldn’t allow myself to become that for whatever unknown reason. Then once I started eating meat my vibrations started to change and I didn’t finish my challenge. Ugh. I am going to start my own challenge again using this same audio and binaural beats combining meditation. This time If I feel the need to give up meat I will, but will become pescatarian or something…perhaps eat red meat every now and then. I’ve noticed that once my vibrations changed so did everything around me. I’m back at day one again. Good thing you can start again and do better than the first time .

I just listened to this while lying on my bed at 2pm and it was so weird! I felt my whole body relax and sink until I didn't realize that I was asleep. What occured to me was that I saw my light body rising up from my physical body but I was conscious in my dream that I could be astral projecting.... So what happened was that I felt my light body fall back into my physical body and the feelings was very real like a cold rush of air blowing against my whole body. I tried to wake myself up by moving sideways but the next thing I realized was that I was only dreaming. Then I saw myself getting up from my bed and was talking with my mom but then I realized it was a dream again. I saw myself pulling out my earphones to wake myself up but to no avail. It was a dream within a dream again! I suddenly felt scared since my light body really wants to go out but I was afraid that it won't come back. So I decided to wake myself up. Then I heard a voice telling me to just let it go and to trust and after that, I realized the moment I opened my eyes, I am back to this reality I am in! Finally I'm truly awake! I thought I removed my earphones or I changed my sleeping position but no! I was lying flatly on my bed with my earphones still on.... It was verrrrryyy weird.... I just had a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream..... Maybe I just witnessed the different parallel realities during my sleep state.... And my mind was not groggy upon waking up, my mind was completely conscious and alert. I have not felt rested but I was not tired..... This did worked!
Well I can say that for myself that that's mine. Maybe the same experience you mean. But that did really happened to me whilst listening to this.

Loosing a daughter is always sad but this was particularly painful and sad for everyone. I want thank you from the bottom of my heart for this work. It’s been a real place of safety, balance and reprieve. I listen everyday day, most days 3pm. I do meditation with chakras and breathing. The Brokenness inside of me that I never took care of became the same negative manifestations I started into myself and projected onto others. Once I figure it out what broke me my consciousness became clear. And I know that all the pain and suffering I've been through wasn't for any bad reason or no reason at all, it was to strengthen me as the warrior that I am today. The warrior that's going to fight for the most positive things in the future when the end times are near

Sometimes when I wake up from sleep a buzzy shaky sensation goes through my body. I'm also seeing visions or sometimes I randomly blabber something and it just appears on social media and the persons does or says the same thing what I did, but those thing are already recorded and I dream of them whenever they are about to be drop on social media to common public. that person is a celebrity.

I feel like sharing my experience. Just tried this for the first time.
After few minutes I started relaxing. Sank down into my mind and started hearing beeping sound louder and louder.
Then i saw red and blue lights. Like really crazy amount of it flashing in my eyes. And this not normal for me.
It lasted for some time, but then ended. Kind of.
Then i begun seeing really hazy visions. Not like pictures in my mind, but visions. First it was only outlines in the dark. For example, in the very first vision I saw hand grabbing door handle and opening it. Visions stopped, maybe because I struggled to keep my mind neutral and open. When i got peace again, it got very clear. Like overflow of "visions and thoughts".
Gotta say it was really exciting experience.
Omg i thought i was tripping. I she shadowy outlined figures. Sometimes i get clear n it be of people i never seen or just random clippings that not from me

I took a Reiki class and they opened the chakras. A few days after the class I was at work watching people walk by and it was a good but weird experience-It was like we (each one of us) were just a part of the big picture. The costumes (our bodies) meant nothing, the soul was floating inside us. I know this is what has been said, but I could actually feel it. I was in a blissful fog while experiencing these feelings. Has anyone else had this before?

This feels like a massage for my brain. Literally feel like my whole soul just relaxed and that I can do anything!
i’ve been hearing the high pitches my whole life i felt drawn immediately, i had such a strong experience with this. it changed me forever. i stepped out my body and stared at myself a couple times. we are light bodies just taking place in a humans body. i saw the light and welcomed it and immediately began glowing in white light and soon was the light. so much light that the high pitches made me fall asleep with my eyes open. my head even started hurting because of the amount of light i was welcoming and how high i was vibrating. it was so beautiful and i will forever admire this experience.

I don’t normally believe in this stuff but I too have always heard the high pitches and I wonder what this will really do
In times like this, when mother earth is rejuvenating, we, also do so, we are nature.
Besides the technics to increase the lungs capacity, we should practice decoupling from the material energy and realise our true nature vis a vis, the spiritual body. There is a say: Ask and you will receive. More than ever this absolute knowledge is available by the Grace of GOD.
