You can go for how many you want depending on the size of your space and how strong you want the scent. I recently moved into an open concept and noticed I need about 2 - 3 spritz.
I’m curious about this room spray. Regarding your comments on their candles: those seem to be based on unscientific assumptions. Here is what I can tell you: I’m the blessed owner of a Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde: the best of the best when it comes to air purification. This machine picks up even the slightest disturbing substance hidden from the human eye and nose. It went ballistic when I sprayed a Frederic Malle room spray twice.. However: after a full hour of burning my Baies candle, it stayed completely silent. My Dyson app showed me that the air quality in my studio apartment was of the best possible level. I’m not a scientist, but for me this is very telling. Whenever I spray on like five or six sprays of Dior Sauvage or Bleu de Chanel, my Dyson hits the orange (poor) to red (bad) quality bars. Yet during and after the burning of my Baies, it stayed green. I don’t know how Diptyque does it, but I believe other candle makers should aspire to live up to their quality of candle production 👌
Get the room spray to manhandle the top off, and pour your room spray into a high-end diffuser. Around three to $400 and have your home smelling amazing all day every day. preferably a diffuser with an mobile app, you control how often it dispenses the oils into the air.
Another great review. Thanks Rekeema! What are your thoughts on Japanese incenses? There are some lovely, premium scents which are excellent for scenting a room.
Thank you very much!! I much prefer Japanese incenses due to the fact that most are made using Bamboo which provides a much cleaner burn. I don't burn incense often because of the smoke but would reach for any japanese made incense everytime. I actually have a video scheduled for Incenses :).
@@DetailedDream I'm glad to hear you like them so much, I feel the same way. Like candles, some of the brands are many centuries old, such as Baieido and Shoyeido. Most Japanese incenses actually have no inner core at all, and are completely made from rolled dough made with herbs and woods, mostly sandalwood or agarwood, or oud. I love that you can begin from humble price points, such as around $10 for regular Kobunboku by Baieido, which can soar to thousands of dollars (for 35 sticks) for offerings such as Shokaku by Shoyeido.
I just got Baise in the mail. Yep, I'm sending it back. I smell no berries. No Roses. Just pinecone. It smells like nature. I'm not into the smell of real christmas trees and pinecones and buckeyes. I also bought Amber. I feel Aber's vibe. It smells like a sultry jazz club thats filled with the most sexiest men in town. It's sultry and warm. So Amber's staying, Baies is going on the FedEx truck with the return label.
The Popye's biscuit statement took me out!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣Great review! I always get compliments on how nice my home smells but this is going to be a game changer!!!!
I am looking forward to comparing the diffuser to their other products. I'm also curious about their wall plugs so i can definitely drop a review on them :)
Loved the review on the room sprays son. Keep reviewing them bcuz you know I love to spray the entire house with spray! Let me throw my store brought sprays away😂😏😕
What I do is that I use the candles, and combine it with the same room spray for an added oomph, or instead of burning 2 different candles according to the scent pairings the house recommends, I spray the complementing scent to the candle I burn. Still doesn’t completely negate the harmful effects of a paraffin wax blend, but I’d say burning one less candle is still better 😅
I’m glad you did this bcuz I couldn’t find any other reviews on this other then Kevin Samuels no offense to him. But there wasn’t a lot of male reviews on this product
I also stopped buying Diptyque's candles in favor of their room sprays. I own their 'Figuier' and 'J.G. John Galliano' room spray. I had the John Galliano room spray shipped from overseas since you can no longer buy it in the states. I plan on buying 'Ambre' next.
Fig is one of my faves! I have to give JG a try. Sounds like a great woody scent. Ambre is another good one. even though I don't prefer patchouli, its subtle in this scent.
Thank you very much! Though, its less concentrated as parfums, it's still oil based and should not do any harm to the skin. Personally, I like to keep my room sprays and perfumes separate.
L’Ombre dans l’Eau is the perfume equivalent to the Baies scent. I have it in the eau de parfum as well as the solid perfume and enjoy both, but they also offer the scent in soap, lotion, etc.
I recently purchased the room spray and Amber and 34. I love them both but they smell so incredibly similar. I don’t feel the need to have both at the same time so I will probably just have one or the other and go back-and-forth for future purposes. I also have the baise and the rose room spray should be here tomorrow. I’m looking forward to spraying that around my home. I hope it is as strong as the 34 and Amber. The baise smells pleasant, but it is very, very faint so I use it as pillow spray. It smells beautiful, but does not last long and is very weak in strength. I adore making candles and rim spray and I just purchased coconut/apricot wax to make some new candles. I’ve not used this blend before, but I’m looking forward to trying it out. Also, I would love to send you a candle as a thank you for all of your amazing videos. Would this be possible?
I am just adding onto what I said before, but I now have Amber, 34, rose, baise and the multiuse spray. The only one I have left to get is the orange. I actually purchased these on your recommendations and so I did. I have never in my life. Life has such a beautiful, long lasting fragrance. The baise is probably my favorite, but it is very very faint and cannot be smelled for very long. But it does make good linen spray. The 34, Amber and rose is very long lasting and noticeable The multiuse spray I love because I can spray it on my skin, my clothing, my furniture, and I even spritz it on my towels and clothing couple minutes before it’s done in the dryer to give it a nice fresh scent. Please let me know what you think about it. Is it long lasting question is it as strong and long lasting as some of the other home fragrances
Thanks for this review. I was just about to buy one of their candles, but dealing with asthma and allergies Im glad I saw this. Now im able to get the better option, thanks!!
I really appreciate it coming from a man, I lean very masculine with my scents and my wife doesn’t like masculine smells for room. She leans too much into Yoga type smelling scents. We just got a cat and my bedroom smells funny sometimes - so I am going to give this a try… I like that fresh luxury property scent, let me know if any scents smell like that
Everything. You. Said. 100% I have ordered trudon room spray and plan to order diptyque. One quick tip. I use a syringe system to refill by beauty bottles to reuse them. They’re so aesthetically pleasing.
I use the Baies room spray for the same reasons as you. Also I got mad at Baies for throwing financial support behind some evil causes last year, so I'm just using the last of my room spray before saying goodbye to the brand.

Regarding the plug in diffuser, I didn't realize it has a fan inside that has to be turned on and off. I thought it would be just like a wallflower plug in that would always 'be on.' Unfortunately not. They say to expect 3 months per refill if you just leave it plugged in all the time. I don't notice it when I walk in to a room unless I've turned the fan on. I haven't replaced the cartridge yet, because I'm not sure I want to throw good money after bad, if you know what I mean.
I haven't tried Gingembre yet. I will have to check it out. I personally love the on and off feature. I tend to get tired of a scent if i constantly smell it or if its clashing when i have a candle burning.

Let me know if anyone has any Diptyque room sprays and what are your favorite scents.
I use the Figuier spray, and I think is the best representation of Fig out there, very green and realistic.
Yes!! I agree. its one of the most green, earthy scents out there!
I like Ambre it’s something about the woodiness
I like vanille, it doesnt smells like those commercially made sickeningly sweet vanilla.
Ashton Bell Ambre is probably my second favorite scent from Diptyque. Its a smooth woody scent.
I just ordered the Baies room spray!! Thanks for the influence 😩
I have an open concept home. Are you sure one spritz will be enough?
You can go for how many you want depending on the size of your space and how strong you want the scent. I recently moved into an open concept and noticed I need about 2 - 3 spritz.

Love your candle reviews. And yes, ,please more Diptyque candles, room spray videos. My absolute favorite!!!
Thank you very much!! Definitely more reviews coming!
$68 when this video was made, they are now $80 😅
We have this one and the 34 room spray. Both are fabulous and long lasting. I would love to try a Cire Trudon room spray next.
Hmm.. I wonder if their solid perfumes are any safer then, since it contains paraffin too.

😮 For $68 , you better linger more than 2 hours. Expensive and it doesn't last long. You might as well stick to a glade spray.🤭
I love your videos, have you tried the figuer room spray? found a half full one second hand for a good deal, cant wait to try it
Actually glad I stumbled on this❗️New subscriber bro
Thank you very much!
$68? They must have raised the price recently. I just paid $84 for 34 St.

It gets worse. Sure enough, in 2005, Diptyque was bought by... you guessed it... a private equity firm, Manzanita Capital. Their CEO, William S. Fisher's worth is $1.85 billion. He worked at the Gap and he's a hedge fund manager. It's Fisher's job to maximize profits at all costs, definitely not what I would associate with an artisanal, high quality candlemaker.
