That’s fine. I didn’t single anyone out in what I said in the video. It honestly doesn’t matter who came up with the payout. All I’m saying is I was personally disappointed and after text from 4-5 other drivers today, they were also. To whoever it may concern the modified class as a whole deserves better not just me. But I guess I’m the only one who isn’t scared to say that publicly.
Great effort man! Going up against some of the best! But you were just as fast as the leaders and that’s something to be proud of! 500$ for 4th is kinda disappointing esp with how much I got at a 1k to win race placing second but I won’t rip that bandaid off lol Thanks for the video man
Getting ready for a 8k to win show here In Oregon and it’s the same thing 1-3 are good pay outs after that it’s 150 to start. Just got done with a 7k to win show and if you made the show it was 700 to start, there was 50 sport mods for that one.
@@robertsracecarsbybbb60 we’re super blessed with the track we have local to me, weekly shows for modifieds is 1000 to win then second is like 500 or so. Sport mods are 500 to win and we all race up to 3 times a month
@@robertsracecarsbybbb60 watched part of someone’s new video just posted and said the 10 car had a ump body on it but not all the suspension or certain parts of a ump car. How does that work when they listed the rules for what could race, usmts cars, imca cars, or ump..
Man I don’t know. There the ones who put the race on so they could probably tell you better then me. But it probably didn’t make a difference reguardless
Yep, I remember hearing Mark Noble tell a guy his formula for deciding what race to go race. He never raced for less than a 1000.00 to win, and the payback had to be decent as well back to tenth. That is how I gage whether or not to go to a race to watch, work with someone whatever I might be doing! Now as for this deal, I most certainly would not have gone regardless of what they are paying to win, since I honestly do not trust what I get out of the people who put this race on in the first place, there is just way to much negative drama for what is going on there. (Not to mention I warned them that going full time on the USMTS series was a bad idea with as little actual modified racing experience Chase had, because I been on the road working with Kelly Shryock himself and seen that it takes way more than what I seen they were able to put into the series financially, as well as time, and location. Because they actually should have moved Chase to Iowa so he could race every night of the week to gain more experience, in order to be much better prepared for racing primarily in that area of the country.) Because it is going to be difficult to hang with someone who has gain ten to twenty years experience in three to five years of racing in Iowa! Especially at tracks that will be on the USMTS series schedule!
I agree with you. And I’m not pointing my finger and saying it’s a particular persons fault. It just sucks big time when you do run decent at a bigger paying race then get barely anything at the pay window. And I’m not talking about just me. Everyone from 4th on back.
Chase holland just had a video about how people when they get there payout will be surprised with some extra money in the envelope. They made it sound like there were ways to get extra money and certain spots received more money. That’s disappointing ! But i guess he never came out with the payout schedule so i may have just assumed the payout was going to be better.
People were surprised that it wasn’t as much as a 5k to win race should have been through the field.I believe they gave out a hard charger award but as far as the payout sheet at the end of the night it was nothing special.
I’m a big fan of Chase Holland Racing but I’m glad you put it out there about the pay, they definitely could’ve done better than that for a 5k to win show!
I agree as well! We wanted to go and race this race but the economics just didn't work out for us. I know we all show up to win no doubt! But and this is not to knock on the Holland's at all, and they prolly had nothing to do with the pay out. But IMO they would have drawn 40-50 mods with a better pay thru the field and give a non qualifier pay.
from what i understand, the track payed the 4th on back same as a regular show. the Hollands paid the first 3 places.

Man that’s awesome on the 700 to start. I wish more places around here could do something like that.

I run 602 in SE GA and pay outs are awful, if not top 5 $100 is about average, and we will have a full field
Man that sucks. The cost of racing has sky rocketed put the payouts have never changed.

You say if you won you wouldn't be griping bout the payout. lol But you knew what it was before you went.

Sounds like you need a faster car
If I had 50k to put in one I would.
