Mergim, please go back to Baguio City during the Panagbenga Festival in late February. It will be colorful, lively, and lots of hospitality everywhere.
Yeah. Panagbenga is nice. But it's very many tourist in city. Like now around Xmas. My wife is now i n Baguio. Because she born there. Baguio is most beautiful.
You came back to Baguio City from Pampanga to retrieve your lost wallet but you were rewarded with a trip to the colorfully painted row of houses, Chinese temple and Strawberry farm where you experienced first hand picking of strawberries and going back to San Fernando, Pampanga to witness the giant, colorful lanterns.Happy for you Mergin.
what you should have done was interview one of them. You'd be surprised to know how one of those work, people tend to think that they are all computerized using computers to turn on and off LED lights, but there isn't a single chip being used there. Everything is mechanical and it is fascinating to watch how one lantern creates patterns behind the scenes. Why it really literally takes a year to design a pattern of lights in sequence because you need to build the backend for it.
Mergim so happy that at last you were able to see the big festival lanterns show in Pampanga . You were able to watch the whole show on time before going home to BGC. Thank you also on the views in Bagiuo rhat you've been to and on the way while travelling from Manila to Baguio and in your return. What great views. I enjoyed watching them and thank you for sharing it with us who can't travel to far places in Philippines. Happy New Year. Hope you'll enjoy tonight celebration of New Year with fellow Filipinos around you.
What an amazing tour from Baguio to Pampanga, all the way to BGC!!! Enjoyed watching your video.. Keep on sharing... Be safe in your next travels... Reaching far and wide because of vloggers like you... A million thanks!!!

So happy to have run into you and Justin at Market Market the other day. Keep your vlogs coming. They're the best! I'm back in Guam celebrating NYE! Have great time celebrating in BGC!
it would be cool if there's an hour long video up in the mountains like a complete contrast from your epic kawasan falls canyoneering vlog. Rice Terraces perhaps or just a mountain hike. Rest up my friend!

Leaving your wallet was a blessing in disguise, those colorful houses also called Stobosa has a design if your on the other side of the road. Lucky for you to pick some strawberries, many vloggers attempted but came up empty.
Entertaining as always. Looking forward to your vlogs everyday. I might see you in January, in BGC walking around, so I’ll give you a holler when that happens😊
That is the reason why you temporarily lost your money clip and that incident has a purpose, for you to experience the highlight of visiting Baguio like the Strawberry Farm, the Chinese Temple and the Colors of Stobosa or the colorful houses of Baguio.
PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE U VISIT OR TALK ABOUT BAGUIO, IM A NATIVE OF BAGUIO AND STRAWBERRY FARM IS NOT IN BAGUIO, SORRY FOR THE MISS INFORMATION,STRAWBERRY FARM IS IN LA TRINIDAD BENGUET NOT BAGUIO CITY,BAGUIO DONT PRODUCE STRAWBERRIES WE JUST SELL IT HAHA
Make sure you don't miss the Mardi grass festivals of Kalibo ( very near to Boracay island), Iloilo City and or Cebu City. Festivals are in January with different dates and last for several days of dancing in the streets and parties These are epic festivals.
I like how calm and entertaining your vlogs are. I like the music injected into it as well. It matches the vibe. There's a lot of talking, but not so fast and loud talking, just right for the tour vlog. Your typical British politeness is well appreciated. Keep it up!
So you made it back to the NCR before the New Year. Check out the Firefly Roof Deck Bar in Makati tonight for a great spot to watch the fireworks. I believed they're open until 2:00AM. I hope you enjoy your first New Year in the country. Safe travels.

I hope you get a chance to film tonight's New Year at a high vantage point in the city. Better if you can get on a rooftop (for a 360 degree view) or outside and not inside so you can hear and smell the fireworks that will engulfed the city at the strike of midnight.
Glad you be able to see Baguio it’s worth , visit also batanes vigan city it’s worth to see too it’s looks like you are in Spain , ride safe back to Manila Mergim
Trivia that most people don't know: Baguio has a significant Cantonese community compared to other cities in the Philippines that is largely Hokkien. This is why natives (Igorots) who have Chinese ancestry tend to be Cantonese instead of the typical Hokkien in the Philippines
If you had more time, coming down from Baguio you could have checked out La Union's beaches esp in Bauang. Beaches up North are diff from those in the southern islands. Food too is good too. Next time.
Arduous it was, mate but the adventure was all it takes. You had at least experienced the different area of the north; the highland north. The cold weather of my hometown has given you some sort of a London vibe. Keep the good vibes, mate.❤️👍

I will be visiting the Philippines for the first time in my life (in Asia). I wonder if you feel comfortable riding that scoter around. I will be Baguio for 3 days
I think you are the first vlogger to explore these beautiful, colorfully painted row of houses which was patterned in a Latin country if I am correct.
Houses clustered atop hills are not only iconic to Baguio but to many municipalities in the Cordillera. Try Banaue, Sagada, Bontoc, etc
Ah to be young and full of vigor. You covered a lot of ground. Well done! It makes me want to get off my butt and travel.
Are you elderly? Try antiinflammatory diet if you are arthritic. Turmeric tea helps
