Martha Stewart show was my lifeline when I was post partum with my firstborn, I was so lost, no supports, and Martha was like the aunt I needed, just steady and so generous with her knowledge. I have missed her ❤️
I used to watch a lot of her videos, when I was in a bad place emotionally a couple of years ago, on I believe an app that no longer exists. It was so comforting and calm.
Yes !! She always saying so beautiful, and it’s so delicious , if I’m having a bad day I go listen to her , and I feel better like if Martha can do this ! I can! She calms me down ...
My mother, who is from Germany, and is 86 years old, taught us how to dye eggs using onion skins when we were kids. I am now 57 years old and I taught my son how to do this as well. We place onion skins in a cloth, place the egg in the middle, tie with a string, and boil it like you would a boiled egg. The results are spectacular. Brings back a lot of memories.
Thank you Ms Martha! This reminds me of your shows from the 90's when I was a girl 💛 Love, comfort and warmest wishes to you and your family! Thank you again 💛💛💛💛💛
Love Martha! Always great ideas to make our holidays and everyday life more enjoyable. I hope you will post some gardening videos.....lots of us are going to try our hand at veggie gardening for the first time during this quarantine time!!! You are our Queen. Thank you Martha for all of your knowledge and inspiration!!!
Hi Martha I love seeing you inside your Home again. I like it much better than with an audience. Could you Please do more of your home videos. It is so special....Thanks.....Long Time Friend.....Dar
Very nice. In Romania, in the country sometimes, at least in the olden days- they make their eggs with onion leaves too and use parsley to decorate the shell. Always look a little more vibrant with a little color on your lips. Gives the face, a splash of color.
Those look so cute! Some of our chickens laid light green, and blue eggs. We left them that way. I would fleck dye the dark brown eggs. I enjoyed this video.👍😁👍
"I like easy things in this day of Covid19." Oh Martha! Lol I was a stay-at-home mom with housekeepers and people to deliver my groceries. That was how I was able to do your projects. I see you coming out of this with a reset. Can't wait to see what's next.
Great elegant idea, Martha ! God I love your kitchen I can’t stop looking at all the things and appliances ! Keep up these great videos and happy Easter
Karo syrup makes a perfect adhesive for gold-leafing food items. It stays tacky until covered. Just be careful not to get it on everything. I've even used it as a wrinkle-free paper glue. It's not archival though.
Martha - Please start your own Network - would love to watch you EVERYDAY!! I watch a new Network called Dabl and you are on for two hours in the morning from your older morning shows - it's not enough though!! 👠📷🌹🍜🎀🍰
Hey Martha, The natural onion-skinned dyed eggs were quite interesting. Very creative and resourceful. I think I'll stick with just the original old fashioned method of using a bunch of bowls, with water, and different colored food coloring dyes in each bowl, and then soaking the individual eggs in each bowl of food coloring water. Or, if there's no food coloring available, we'll just use colorful plastic eggs! And the gold leaf covered eggs are very beautiful, but for me, I wouldn't want to ruin the eggs, by breaking them open, to eat them. All that hard work, of buying the gold leaf, and brushing on the adhesive, and molding on the gold leaf, around the egg. That would be such a waste to me, if it was just going to be broken open, by people that didn't appreciate it. Now, if I was going to use a plastic egg, or a styrofoam egg, then it would be more worth my while, because then I would get to keep the pretty golden egg as a permenant Easter decoration, for every year after that. I'm sorry for being such a wet blanket Martha, but I am too penny pinching, and sensible, especially having been raised around women that lived during the Depression. They taught me to be frugal. But I will say that one crafty idea I can share with you, is that my adopted mother, (the lady who adopted me), used to make our Easter baskets very special every year, and one year, she made little "bird's nests", with "eggs" in them. The nests were made of Kelloggs All Bran cereal, (that looked like tiny brown twigs, in the '70's), formed into nests, and held together by some sort of sugar and melted chocolate combo, and the eggs were jellybeans, ofcourse. Doesn't that sound adorable?! 😊 I love you Martha.💗 I hope you enjoy your Easter celebration!! *oh, and no, I didn't think of anything religious, when you said the word revelation, when referring to the end product of the finished onion dyed eggs. Your talking about Revelations, in the back of your Bible. Nothing you said, or did, reminded me of that. But yes, you were right in saying that Easter is a religious holiday, about the death, and resurrection of Christ. Yesterday was Good Friday, when they tortured Jesus, and hung Him on the cross, and Sunday is Easter, which is officially the Resurrection Day of Jesus, when He arose alive, from the tomb. But the commercialized part of Easter is the colored eggs, the candy, and the "easter bunny"! I wish you could hear how Olympia Dukakis, when she said "the easter bunny!", in Steele Magnolias. Lol.
I love MARTHA STEWART , and always have , but those are the ugliest EASTER EGGS ever created - which must be Karma , because gold-leaf glue is usually made from dead bunny rabbits ! BUONA PASQUA 🐇🌾
In the beginning she worked from home and it was a great show. I remembered when she painted the tiles of her entry way. Very warm and friendly. Now she seems like she never does anything for herself and looks awkward trying.

Martha you are so talented !
Also beets! My eastern european grandmother would use beets for a rich red/ purple color. She would also use wax to make patterns.

Btw, this reminds me of your original show, which was always my favorite. Low key and informative Broad range of topics. No famous guests or audience.

Martha, that khaki egg is actually sage green.😜 Lots of love and blessings your way.
So pretty
Very Martha so nice

Good video But audio sound system too soft or low?
JudithLim YG I agree, although at the same time it makes it feel authentic and less stage like.
Usually, 'Not mic-ed, take a hike' but Martha's visuals are worth effort to follow. Sure, it's nice to hear better.
A +

Martha, my dear, you're reaching here, my love. Those eggs are ugly! Love ya!
😏 It's sad, after all the hard work decorating, they will be cracked and thrown away.
Hhhhhhhh ça me fait ça bizarre...
I love MARTHA STEWART , and always have , but those are the ugliest EASTER EGGS ever created - which must be Karma , because gold-leaf glue is usually made from dead bunny rabbits !
BUONA PASQUA 🐇🌾
Those are kinda ugly, they look like sick eggs or something...
has she aged
sandra oss eventually we all will 😉
of course but didn't expect to see her age that much though
Ugly. She's Polish, she should show wax painted eggs. Those are beautiful.
I think you have lost your touch on how to do things. You looked so awkward I felt embarrassed for you.
It's cuz snoop was smokin in the background
I think she’s doing an amazing job working from home
In the beginning she worked from home and it was a great show. I remembered when she painted the tiles of her entry way. Very warm and friendly. Now she seems like she never does anything for herself and looks awkward trying.
