The prequels to this episode is what inspired me to buy my 97 fleetwood discovery it’s got the 5.9 Cummins with p pump 150k miles young, Allison 6 speed, freightliner chassis with air brakes, air bag suspension, propane Cummins generator. I paid 6k. Came with new roof membrane and glue materials though uninstalled the Prep work was mostly done right. I drove it home no problem, well actually half way home a hose in the high pressure boost system popped off, I cleaned the connection and re tightened it -then it drove home no problem. Toilet room demolition was done. Now remodeling that room only. The rest of the interior looks great, 4 cracks in the fiberglass wall exterior needs fusing and needs new self leveling solenoids. Keep these videos coming! I’m in over my head but when helpful people like you post videos it’s like throwing me a life preserver.
my 97 bounder with 5.9 cummins , factory power upgrade from ats. propane 5500 watt gen. 72k miles on a freightliner chassis. good title. drove home about 60 miles. air ride suspension. leveling jacks. air brakes. one slide out. rubber was good but dated. donated to a local charity.
On the bunk beds, they make a sofa that pops up into a bunk bed, that would be a good option for you. Sounds like you got a good deal if it ends up being reliable and not needing much more.
I have a 1992 Oshkosh Chassis pounder with a 5.9 as well. I have owned it for six years and paid $7000 for it back then. And I all about the deal!! Who scored a big time?

This one ended up to a great couple who are traveling mechanics and live on the road. Their towable was just a bit too small.
To put it on the road you will need new tires $3,000 shocks $200 each Air bags $350 each just to name a few.
What’s, what all over the place cheers
