Using either the sanitize cycle on a washing machine or any high heat cycle on a dryer will kill lice on your clothing. Lice can survive in temperatures up to 130 degrees.
@Hans2023- hair dryers don't work. It's just another scam. Use a blow dryer at home and a few will fly off cooked but not all. Do it in the garage or outside.

No..those are angel nits... You need to make sure the black ones are gone. Those are the ones you need to watch. Sometimes they play possum.
